At Marvel's press call today they discussed a lot - except for "Secret Invasion" - and we've got word from Brevoort, Alonso, Paniccia, Rosemann, Lowe and a massive gallery of new artwork.

I am hating Jiminez's really oval heads in Spider-Man.

... set up May’s “Guardians of the Galaxy.” Bantering about the allegedly very controversial cover to issue #2 of that series, Rosemann said “you’ll be wondering what the hell that is, if we’re allowed to print it.”
Ah, now you got me all excited and wanting.

Yeah that little comment about not showing the cover to Guardians 2 does sound interesting; apparently we get to see it over at Newsrama tomorrow. More interest: preview art to Nova 12. Looks like Rich has been cured..not a hint of T-O contagion in sight..and this doesnt count as a spoiler cause its pretty much on the cards (seven of hearts to be exact).

Really? For some reason I'm really really liking his art. BND has actually been pretty good, and I think shall stay that way.

I am liking BND, but the... well, ovalness of Jiminez's art is a distraction. Albeit one I am willing to put up with for Screwball and the advancement of BND, but a distraction none the less.

This is weird to me. But, if Marvel can sell a title with a b-lister like Hercules and make it not only profitable but popular as well, then, well, call me flabbergasted as well as happy for Marvel!
That Nova art is drool-worthy. yyyuuummm...Nova art....(Simpson slobbering sound)
Love the Marcos Martin art on spidey. Marvel wants all my money.

It's a shame that Tim Bradstreet is leaving with Ennis. Bradstreets covers are excellent. As far as I'm concerned he is definitive Punisher cover artist.
The cover for Immortal Iron Fist #16 is great.

Is there any information on that Cannonball book? I thought it odd they'd provide interior artwork, especially art that nicely done, and not provide any information.
