Who has the coolest costume?

SImple question, but I was just thinking about how cool hawkeye's original costume (From Ultimates 1&2) was, It was a good look and functional.

Gambit always looked pretty cool, though he was only subtley different from the 616. I'm going to go with... Magneto. Much prefer his Ultimate robes to the clumpy old mainstream collar thing. He looks like... wait, a creepy cult leader. Handy.

I quite liked Scarlet Witch and Pietro's costumes, they were tactical, they matched what the rest of the Ultimates were wearing and they had ever-so-subtle moon and lightning motifs on the zippers.

I quite like the Academy of Tomorrow's uniforms too, esp. Havok and Polaris.

I acutally liked what Austen did with Gambit, with the stray look and all.

Captain America from WWII, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's Ultimates uniforms... most of the Ultimates, really (Millar and Hitch's Ultimates, that is).

I think most of the Ultimat-ized uniforms look great.

My very favorite is the Fantastic Four's. Also liked Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch (from Ultimates 1-2). I kinda like Iron Man's armor, too.

hawkeye by madureira,seriously, any costume that morph into another in the SAME PAGE,has to be the coolest one since the alien suit in spiderman ;) .


on a serious note,i liked the first version of the ultimate fantastic four suit.

Ultimates 3 consists of a well-structured plot, containing reverential nods to the two (excellent) previous volumes as well as daring and well-thought out grabs towards the future for this excellent series. Loeb's strengths show through his use of realistic dialogue and clever characterisation, as well as a lack of dependancy on a brilliant artist and inker.

I agree 100%!!! Joe Mad's redesign of Hawkeye is awesome, a work of art...too bad Joe Mad only has 2 issues left of his run :(

Oh yeah, I can't believe Captain Marvel didn't come to mind, what Steve McNiven did with him was absolutely amazing, bettering both 616 looks I think, and the fact it was a redesign of the original was even better.
