Does anybody remember this Mature Readers title from DC/Milestone back in the 90s? It always looked interesting, and then it was canceled. Flash forward 12 years and I'm now reading about it again, considering getting the back issues online. Did anybody follow this book, and if so, was it good or was it shite?

I enjoy the title quite a bit. It's kind of playful at times, very weird, and, best of all, pretty character driven despite all the other stuff.

I absolutely loved it at the time. It's been ages since I've read it though. Last time I did, a few years back, I still enjoyed it and thought it was clever and smart and very, very, good. The art's not going to be to everyone's taste but I enjoyed it and still do.
Wish DC and Milestone would work out their problems and get some TPB's out for the series. My single issues are starting to fall apart..
Annnd.. if you read this and like it, then track down the two Midnight, Mass. mini-series from a few years back. John Rozum wrote them all and the Kadmons even get mentioned towards the end of Xombi.

Very cool, thanks. I think I'll seek out those books.

It was very esoteric at times. And had a floaty mystical vibe thing from time to time, but it was definitely a good read.

Not only a good engaging read then, but it still is entertaining, ugly, provocative and even enlightening (a little bit--!).
One of my favorite Milestones, along with Icon.
