No, I don't think so. Don't take Bendis away from USM!
UFF just needs to choose some good stories.

I love Bendis on Ultimate FF. Even the first three issues of Ultimate Power were good if a bit too fighty.

Yeah, it could be good for a couple of arcs after seeing how he writes them in USM. Then again he was great with the X Men and I wasn't really a fan of his ru on UXM.

Anyone know who's actually taking over from Carey once all this Ultimatum malarky is dusted?

Why not have Bendis write every Marvel comic?

Ok that is a little extreme but that is like what your saying.

I do think he does a good job handling UFF but I don't really want him writing yet another book.

I don't think Carey has done a bad job, although I don't pull the book anymore...

That's just crazy talk, just the Ultimate Universe is enough. ;)

If he was put in charge of the UU but didn't write every book(just USM and one other at most) I'd be happy. No more Loebotomizing everything.

I doubt Marvel are willing to pull him off of the Avengers titles right now, as those books pay a lot of bills.

Bendis probably could write any of the Ultimate books (and really almost has at one point or another).

If he did have the free time, I wouldn't mind at all seeing him write Ultimate FF.

We could clone him. Make a dozen or so clones of Bendis and have them write the whole Marvel line.

I think Bendis and Millar have the best..grasp of the ultimate universe concept.

Most writers that come in only see one thing "awesome! No continuity! Time to ultimize old continuity with mah twist!" They are the only two who really see the potential of the universe and that even though titles differ wildly in feel, they are part of the same universe which sees things in a certain way.

Well, they are the funding fathers.

My dream for the next UFF writer would definitely be Grant Morrison. Sigh... Is he still mad at Marvel for all that Magneto-Xorn-We Love Your Book Grant Don't Leave-Oh-Joss Whedon-Hey-Bye Grant-Have fun with JLA-Look at our money stuff a few years back?

UFF was always the bastard of the universe.

USM/Ultimates/UXM came roaring out of the gates.

UFF struggled since issue 1....

i would love if Bendis wrote this. I can't buy it with Carey writing, it's just confusing and boring.

No. Don't people ever get tired of Bendis? I mean, he's good, but after a certain point in time for me it's like reading the same 90's style smash and bash comic over and over again...

I'd have no objection to Bendis, but I'm really enjoying Carey's run at the moment. Kirbypalooza!
