how come those soldiers are smoking? i thought there was a ban, which imo is pointless, lots of people smoke in real life. if any one should be smoking a cigar, it should be Logan.

Most likely they are over seas where the law wouldn't apply but I feel bad for people who let such small details bother you.

I really am looking forward to this issue. The first one in the arc was great and this one looks just as good.

Garney's pencils are looking gorgeous, by far the best work he's ever done.

Either it slipped through editorial radar, or the ban only applies to the name characters. It's ridiculous logic from Quesada - decapitation, stabbing and killing are fine from Wolverine - but god-forbid he should light up.
