Personally, I really enjoyed it. Sure, there are still some things out of place(like why the Spider had a humanoid body after regeneration). The special effects are amazing, the story is new yet easy to follow, the characters are likable, and the action is awesome.
"Power Rangers: Jungle Fury" is going to be eating its dust. The last really good American Tokusatsu was "Dino Thunder", and this has much more promise than even that.
I'm in.
It's great to have opposing Tokusatsu in the states/worldwide territory again...and no Ferbus in sight...

For those who don't know, ZT4 is referring to Saban's "Masked Rider". It took footage from the popular Japanese series "Kamen Rider Black RX". Furbus was the main hero's sidekick. He was basically a small, fuzzy Jar Jar Binks.
"Masked Rider" is known as the single worst Kamen Rider series ever, and one of the worst American adaptions(sp?) of all time.

So, after watching the pilots of each, the big question stands: "Power Rangers Jungle Fury" or "Kamen Rider Dragon Knight"?
So, let's compare these two beginnings, shall we?
STORY
The backround and overall story of a show is what keeps it afloat. Luckily for "Dragon Knight", the story is original, though not completely strong, but had the skeleton of a fantastic series. "Jungle Fury"'s story, however, feels rushed and uneven, constantly stealing from older seasons.

SPECIAL EFFECTS
What's funny is while the footage for "Jungle Fury" is newer, the sfx in "Dragon Knight" were better, and felt more cinematic.
WINNER: KRDK
ACTING
Both shows don't have much to say for acting, though "Dragon Knight" felt more real. The master in "Jungle Fury" was awesome, however, but overall I can't hand it to his side.
WINNER: KRDK
HENCHMEN
Those purple things in "Dragon Knight" were just plain cool. The Rinrishi(or Rishi) weren't that amazing. Weird looking humanoid creatures jumping around and doing karate chops don't terrify me like purple mutant lizard things you can't see and can rip you in half easily.
WINNER: KRDK
FIGHTING
As neat as some of the "Jungle Fury" fights were, most of them were way too over the top for me. "Dragon Knight" had over the top fights, sure, but not to such an extreme, and they felt much more brutal and exciting. Not to mention more fun. Also, "Dragon Knights" has the advantage of not having an irritating monster fly commenting on every final match.
WINNER: KRDK
CHARACTERS
While we have yet to all of "Dragon Knights"' characters, I really liked Kit and Wing Knight. The new Rangers, however, are as annoying and stereotypical as ever. "Jungle Fury"'s villains were pretty interesting, but we have yet to see General Xaviax, and it sounds like we're in for a big treat with him. And who can hate Evil Kamen Riders? That's brilliant! Still, the Master in "Jungle Fury" definitely was cool.
WINNER: KRDK
DIALOGUE
Not even a contest. "Wow-ee!" sums it up for me.
WINNER: KRDK
OVERALL
It seems that the American Tokusatu champion, the Power Rangers, have finally met their match. And boy, have they.
