Kinda like the way Brubaker got screwed on Deadenders.

I liked most of the issue. Him talking with God and the Devil was well done. But I do agree it felt a bit rushed. And we didn't learn what happened to the rest of the cast which is my biggest disappointment. Just another good series that got canceled wrongly.

So was it always Seagle's intent to have him die a virgin, or did he just find that to be an adequate way to rush an ending on this?

I don't like it at all and it doesn't seem to fit the direction the book was heading.

I was a big fan of this comic; it's a shame to see it go. I get the feeling that this issue wasn't really retooled to be the finale. I could definitely see this as just being the end of an arc with a new one on the way.
