I love the Odd Jobs series of books and really glad to read there is another one coming out.
I tend to find them somewhat uneven affairs, with the best feature always being Mike's scrumptious covers.
Honestly, I have to admit that I'm not that big a fan of anthologies, which probably explains my reluctance to embrace the Odd/Odder/Oddest series. The first one I really enjoyed, but the subsequent volume, definitely not as much.
I liked the Odd and Odder anthologies. I see them at a very different level from the comics, But on the same wave as the novels. I am really looking forward to reading Oddest Job. I am amazed at how Mike can illistrate all the books from different levels and view point, and spice them up for readers who have a very diversified reading savvy, like me.:D
