I have a quick one. Why does Madrox have the tattoo that his dupe got? If he re-absorbs a dupe that gets stabbed or something, would he retain those injuries? I'm confused.

The 'M' tattoo is genetically bonded to the subject.

It's the same as when Madrox absorbs a drunk dupe. He gets the effects.

The tattoo is a genetic imprint. Just like the Phoenix tattoo on Rachel's back.

Me, too. I've always loved X-Factor, but I think I've never been so excited as to what happens next.

What do you mean? Its not that tough to figure out which one is Madrox (or which ones are Madrox, for that matter).

Yeah, but he has no real visual that grabs you, other than his shirt.

He's as plain as Cyclops without his visor.

I don't mind occasionally having a character that doesn't have some sort of visual quirk. Plus, I think his look compliments his power nicely.

he drew it last year. the date next to his signature says 07.

meaning that it doesn't necessarily mean he is coming back to uncanny and marvel is just using one of his covers for this issue.

Any chance of bringing Vincente and Emplate into X-factor. (And freeing Vincente from his clutches!) I'd also love to see Mondo and Cordelia Frost show up too. These characters are all M's age and would be good foils for the lovable gang of X-factor. I appreciate the consideration!
