Mike Carey's Ultimisations

Carey talks about how he subtly Ultimises characters without being explicit about it and while I think this is a great way to do it I was wondering whether people could tell me some of the notable ones I missed (I'm only including his God War onwards).

God War: Thanos, Ronan (who were Seed-Nineteen and Gallowglass?)
Devils: Diablo
The Silver Surfer: Silver Surfer and Psycho-Man
Ghosts: Dynamo, Red Ghost, Hammer and Anvil
Four Cubed: Acanti, was it?

Before anyone notices the blatant similarities to what they already have about this on Wiki, this is primarily because I did that editing... So anyways, what others were there?

Seed-19 are fairly obviously versions of the Forever People (from Kirby's Fourth world).
Considering how close Ult. Thanos is to Darkseid, Gallowglass (which means as much as foreign sodier or mercenary) is probabaly supposed to be Ultimate Orion.
Four Cubed: Acanti, was itIf they're Seed-19's people, then they're the New Gods rather than some Marvel alien race.

Acanti is the name of the space whales that first showed up, I believe, during the X-Men/Shi'Ar/Starjammer/Brood war thing where Carol Danvers first became Binary and all the major players from Shi'Ar were introduced.

At least, if memory serves.
