I'm really looking forward to the new Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, The new My Morning Jacket, the new Jenny Lewis, the new Los Campesinos!, El Perro Del Mar, and I'm semi curious what the new Gnarls Barkley will sound like.

Definitely these two. Plus the Juan Maclean's new album (his new single is fantastic) and Ellen Allien's Boogy Bytes mix. There are a few other albums I'm interested in hearing, but not much that has me really excited.

The rumored Chinese Democracy release. Its being rumored as a late summer 2008. The best rumor is that the labels gonna do a digital release 1st ...then do a physical copy one.

Right now, only the newest Exodus and Testament albums. There's the new Metallica too, but I prefer not to have any expectations about it yet.

The labels wants to make as much from the album as possible. So their gonna take some steps to recoup as much money as possible. I want a physical release 1st. I demand it damn it...but the albums gonna be such a hot commodity and pirates will get it somehow before it lands.

If Bloc Party intends on putting out another album in 2008, I'm all there and all excited, but if not, there isn't really anything I'm looking forward to. I'm having to dig into the past to compensate for the personal lack of exciting newness for the now, not that that's a bad thing.

Music should be timeless, but alot of it for the past couple of decades feels so dated, and not in a good way. It's a generation-thing, I guess.

Like Zach De La Roch has talked about a solo album since the earlier days of RATM's. Last I heard it was to be produced by Trent Reznor, and that was several years ago.

I heard that too, and it sounds cool, if it does in fact come about. I just hope Reznor doesn't sing on it, and sticks to the music part. I don't mind his voice, I just think it will clash with Zach's Vocals.

I hope. I grew up with N.W.A. I love Dr. Dre and wish he'd put out an album that's all him, though I don't mind that he pushes people whom he expects to make an impact.

Punch Brother's "Blind leaving the blind".

I really don't know what's coming out, but there are certain musicians that i need to buy what they do... But I need to do some research now.


edit; thanks to Twilights link, I'm adding Billy Bragg! Woohoo! And apparently the album of the Punch Brothers album is "Punch", "Blind..." is the name of the piece of music.

edit again: is their a special section for all the damn albums from 2005-7 that I still haven't gotten around to getting?
