Dinah Lance: Ashley Scott, (yeah I know she played Huntress, but with long blond hair she actually fits the part of Dinah more than anyone out there and she is awesome.)

Huntress: Eliza Dushku(seriously a hot, kick ass chick, who could pull off the outfit, fits easily in the biker chick mold, shows she can play parts like in Tru Calling, Buffy, and showed she can go further and do drama like her amazing crying scene in City by the Sea(the only worthwhile thing to come from that movie), plus we know she looks good with a crossbow in her hands.

Oracle/Babs: Eva Mendez(Yeah shes plays Roxanne and shes going to be in the Spirit, but have you seen her in Hitch with the Glasses, she just fits that look and I think she has enough range to pull off Babs(not to say that her range is huge, just that she has a little bit of it.)

As for Misfit if she shows up I would give it to someone like Danielle Panabaker

Huntress: Laura Pausini (Italian singer. Click on the right of my sig......:p) Yeah, yeah, I know she's a singer, but A LOT of musicians have crossed over into film (unfortunately.) And plus, Laura has a huge fan base (she's sold 25 million albums before the age of thirty and has had #1 singles in Mexico, Italy, Argentina, Spain.......) most of whom will no doubt spend their disposable income on a film starring their favourite singer. But mostly, I just wanna hear her sing! ( suddenly has a weird image of Laura/Huntress singing "Due" while torturing someone tied to a chair, Quentin Tarantino style....) :D

Eliza is not only too built, not a red head, but is also in her late 20's and wouldn't be able to pull off a young teen, shes not that great at whining, much better at the kick ass, hard ass chick like Huntress would be.

I love to see bell in FN, but shes not tall enough and just doesn't look the part.

Once again, personal taste is the criteria we're going by, as opposed to what biology has told us is possible and what epistemology has told us is real.

Unless Bell has some sort of disability which prevents her from playing the role, than I see no need to acquiesce to that opinion.

I would also like to add that a lot of celebrities in Hollywood are short, Tom Cruise is 5'7 (and so is Bono) and Sarah Michelle Gellar is only 5'3.

Did I mention that many people thought Michael Keaton played a fine Batman despite the fact that he was the complete opposite of what many thought Bruce Wayne should be?
As for your second point, fair enough. I'll go with Blake Lively, just dye her hair red (dear God I can't believe I'm admitting I've watched that show...)

I didn't mind the SMALLVILLE treatment. After the brutally awful treatment BoP got as a solo project, I have given up hope that any of the Birds will get a fair shake outside of JLU. Low expectations can cut disappointment.

And Durance has never been Lois to me. Chloe is Lois. Hell Chloe is Pete Ross.

And I would just adapt Sensei and Student. It's self-contained, for the most part. Has a clear beginning, middle, and end. And it rocks. Hard.
