what would our heroes be without the rogues gallery! man, i love me some good villains. who would you like in an on-going? who could make it work?
My votes for Doom. rulling over his own country and having namor as a guest would make for some bad-ass comics!
2nd is bullseye. watching this guy run around do his thing in a solo would be sweet...maybe disturbing  nice contrast to someone like doom. brutal, insanity at street level.

Doctor Doom or Magneto. Maybe Galactus, but techincally he isn't a villain.
Doctor Doom is just that man among villains who's just the man! Everything he's been doing since the end of Civil War automatically make this man a canidate for a series to himself.
Magneto might not happen, because I think he'll be in the X-Men Legacy series.

I must be mad but.............Arcade. He does'nt mind who he goes after. He once went after Doom, seriously. And when Doom takes him down he arrogantly bets him that the X-Men could save him then puts his feet up at Castle Doom. He just entertains me every time he turns up. He has great interaction with his intended victims. Imagine the banter as he makes Deadpool go through Murderworld. He also has the beginnings of decent backup characters, Miss Locke anyone? I think Arcade could be a decent comic.

there's only enough material for a Taskmaster-style mini-series with Arcade. no way someone could do that monthly. what would the plot be?

Arcade does'nt care who he goes after so you could have the entire Marvel cast as his rogues list. Maybe have ongoing subplots like Kingpin running him out of business and he's having to set up Murderworlds with whatever he can pick up on the street and put them in disused warehouses. Also have him using his initiative to stay one step ahead of SHIELD especially after he successfully abducted Tony Stark minus his Iron Man armour and made him run Murderworld.

i could see them doing it every year. like, instead of the holiday special, they could do the Arcade special and have him target a different marvel hero. and the murder world would fit the character in some way. like Moon Knight would get an egyptian themed murderworld. they could put it out every April to honor April Fool's day.

That's a damn good idea. April Fool's Day should be renamed Arcade Day.

Because I'd rather it be about Diamondback? If it was about all three, fans would get peeved off if Diamondback got the spotlight because she was such a major character in the 80's. They'd want more Black Mamba or Asp... this way, Diamondback is getting her much-needed respect and the others are still around for the show.

Isn't Bullseye paralized now? So he'd be "rolling around do his thing." I didn't pick up thunderbolts after the last issue to the first arc, but I remember him getting paralized.
I'd like to see a Brotherhood of Mutants, another Taskmaster series (in his other "stealth" costume that he had in the first mini, not the zombie masked blue and orange one.
Or a heralds of galactus series, dont know if they'd really be considered bad guys though.

I think this is going to need a team book, since villains are more fun when there's a squad of them trying to more or less get along, ala Thunderbolts. I'd like to see the MODOK's 11 crew in their own series (Puma, Deadly Nightshade, Armadillo, and Living Laser once he dumps the Hood).
Id buy an ongoing based around Hydra and all the other various criminal organizations.

Oh Yeah! We get a glimpse into the personal lives a bit. Just who are these agents? Why are they working in Hydra or Shield? And how's their health plan? Does it cover stab wounds?
Bob is from the Cable and Deadpool book. And yes he is awesome. He's also a Hydra agent. His wife and family must be going thru a horrible time, as he has been missing for weeks now.

I would like a series about that Doom from the future going to the Earth where the heroes lost WWH. I don't think it should be an ongoing, but i'd really love a mini or a maxi series on it.

Namor &Doom could be the next D&C :D
Came here to post this.
For a villain to have a monthly he'd have to be a tremendous personality. And few could match the like of DOOM! DOOM is awesome cuz everyone is his enemy. Good guys, bad guys it matters not to DOOM.
Sub-Mariner is a huge douchebag that easily matches DOOM in terms of power & ruthlessness. Both are kings, have wealth, advanced technology and more importantly-diplomatic immunity!
Think about it--they can come to NYC, pick fights with the FF, kick Captain America in the balls in the middle of Madison Square Garden and at the end of the day just board a plane while giving SHIELD the finger. Now this is living!
Taskmaster

Both Doctor Doom and Dracula would make awesome books that I would really love to see, plus Magneto is always a good choice although he's really more of a grey area character than a villain

Doom is the obvious choice.
Dracula would be my number two.
Doctor Octopus is a distant third.

I have to agree with Doom but I actually think The Hood should have one too. Like, maybe not a series but a mini or maxi. I just thought the New Avengers about how he organized that group of villians (not sure if they have a name) was really good...

I would like to see the following:
MASTERS OF EVIL: Revamped and organised, these guys are serious about there goal, and have a plan to bring it all about.
Count Nefaria would lead them, being the most powerful and with the most resources and experience in leading bad guys (he was head of the Maggia for years before getting his powers).
Abomination could be the teams brick, but he needs to be used correctly. This guys is the Hulk's #1 sparring partner, so he should basically be a worse threat than Hulk is when goes on a rampage.
Living Laser is an etremelly powerful and underated villain, so he could shine here as the energy weilder of the group.
Taskmaster is a one man army, with all the skills of the Avengers plus more, and would be the uber-skilled martial artist/black-ops agent every team needs.
Viper is the badass chick of the group, with incredible resources at her disposal, not to mention her fighting skills are world class and she is an expert with poisons.
Maximus is also a villain not quite used to his maximum potential. He's an uber-telepath who has to be constantly imprisoned on Attilan because of how dangerous he is. Nefaria and the others could break him out as part of the opening arc, perhaps.
Of course, there is room for more on the team, but you get the idea. This team needs to be formed again, with different members who are a legit threat to the Avengers.
OMEGA RED:
I really want to see more of this guy.
Russia's failed attempt at creating it's own super-soldier (failed as in he didn't turn out like Cap), we could see a story of him on a relentless quest to find the Carbonadium Synthesiser, which would bring him into conflict with not only the Black-Ops teams of the world, from Russia to China to the U.S, having run-ins/pitched battles with armies of soldiers, SHIELD agents, HYDRA, A.I.M., and even battles with Red Skull, Dr Doom (or rather see Arkady try out his own Black-Ops skills in infiltrating Latveria in an attempt to get Doom's help).
Even coming up against the criminal underworld in New York, like the Russian Maffia, or Kingpin's organistation (maybe even a take over bid).
It would also have to have to obligatory Arkady vs Wolverine free-for-all, the likes of which noone has ever seen before, plus a brutal fight with Sabretooth, which would have to be told in flash-back as Creed's dead, plus run-in's with Weapon X, Deadpool, the X-Men and to top it all off, the main even of the series......
Omega Red vs the new Captain America aka The Winter Soldier, Russia's other super-soldier.
Would he find the Carbonadium Synthesiser?
Does he rid himself of his need to drain the life-force of people in order to survive, and his very-hard-to-control death-spore virus?
This guy has potential, no doubt about it. All this story needs is a kick-arse writer and an awesome artist (Fraction, Finch, Adam Kubert, even Sean Chen. These guys draw gritty and mean characters very well.)

Taskmaster of course.
An other candidate would be Bullseye or Kingpin.
HulkSmash666
02-10-2008, 03:42 AM
A revamped Hobgoblin would be cool.
I'd make him more skilled, ruthless and methodical, perhaps being a former assassin/mercenary/soldier who has been hired to fill the mantle of the Hobgoblin, either by Kingpin, Silvermane (if he's alive, I can't remember), or even Osbourne.
To make a statement on his new badass-ness, he takes out a few big name Spider-villains, such as Dr Ock, Venom, Lizard or Rhino. Not to nessercarily kill them, but fuck them up enough to make his presence known.
Even giving Spiderman a serious belting would up his threat level. Someone Spidey should be VERY wary of. An opponent who doesn't pose or go into a tirade or boast about his evilness. An opponent who doesn't fuck around. A real professional who gets the job done no matter what.
I want Morbius to have his own series again also, but he's more of an anti-hero. It would be awesome to see him on the run from everyone from SHIELD, the Avengers, Ghost Rider and even Blade.
I'd go back to his mid-90's costume as opposed to his classic costume, more black leather than Rocky-Horror-Picture-Show spandex.
And forget those stupidly huge eyes and pushed-up pig nose. Anyone who read his series in the 90's knows the look I'm referring to.
Seeing him fight/team-up with Werewolf By Night, Man-Thing, Blade, Ghost Rider, Spiderman, Daredevil etc would be awesome.
Update the stories, make them truly horrifying, somewhere between MAX and Marvel Knights in its level of violence and horror.
I also want to see more VS books, ala Bullseye vs Punisher or Apocalypse vs Dracula.
Some suggestions:
Dr Doom vs Dracula
Magneto vs Apocalypse
Thanos vs Loki
Mephisto vs Galactus
Bullseye vs Deadpool
Also, I would like to see mini-series about the following:
Terrax
Loki
Mandarin
Magneto
Sabretooth
Bullseye

Green Goblin(Norman).
They could do an ongoing of GG trying to take back his territory and destroy all that stand in his way. He could tangle with the likes of Dr. Octopus, Venom, Rhino, the Brotherhood, the Fantastic Four, Luke Cage, S.H.I.E.L.D(for vengeance), the Punisher, Blade, and even Doctor Doom!

Yup. Deadpool's best friend and weapons-supplier, Weasel, got captured by Hydra, so Deadpool went to their Pakistan cell, freeing Weasel and taking Bob hostage. Bob tags along, pretty much.
Hey, there needs to be a Bob, Agent of Hydra, and Karl, Agent of A.I.M (From Marvel Adventures) limited series!
