I just made my room reservation for WWC.
Anyone else going? I'll have a table in artist's alley for Spinner Rack Comics.

I should be going and may very well have a table in artist's alley myself.

Going to take a pass this year for a variety of reasons.... The only way I would even go for at least 1 day is if Gail shows.

argh, better make my reservations this year.
And even though my friends don't have to, I'm sure they are going to want to do the interview show again this year.

I'll be there! Roving reporter for Broken Frontier!
Haven't booked the room yet, though... I may wait a teensy bit longer.

Rooms all booked
We will be doing more interview, may even have a few difernet helpers.
We may have a table to sell old shows from
we do have a conflicting show across the street at the Crowne Pointe we also do interview at. So we will be going back and forth alot.
And then we'll be at G-Fest the weekend after!
I already feel broke!

:)
Well, some great news for me here. I will be able to go this year to the convention, but no chance of me staying there at one of the hotels. So I'll be trekking back and forth every day....
But at least I can go.

We've been approved for a small press/artist alley table and press passes for the show.
Now we have someplace at the show to work out of. And we'll have copies of past shows for sale, if everything works right.

Anybody ever go on those Thursday opening nights? I've never been, is it even worth going? (I live about 45 minutes away without traffic, if it's like a 2 hour lackluster event then I'd probably not want to make the drive.) What time does it usually start/end?

They're usually about 4-7 or 4-8.

So is it usually just people getting an early crack at the booths or are there actually any cool shit going on?

2 years ago, lots of cool shit going on, creator signings with no lines, CHEAP trades for sale, etc.
Last year, you could have skipped it and not missed a damn thing.
This year..... ?????? Your guess is as good as mine.
