Moving on from the endless "BND is crap/BND is great" arguments, people have been suggesting that BND, having brought back Harry, could also bring back Ben Reily.

Were I remotley interested in BND, I'd think Nathan Lubensky, Aunt May's second love, and a compulsive gambler, would be another strong candidate for a restoration. His constant obsession with securing a fortune for May led to his death saving her from the hands of The Vulture, whom he had helped break out of a sour mood at a rehabitlitation center in the 1980s.

His death set the Vulture off on a fairly good storyline where he begged May for forgiveness, yet had to kindap Peter and kept digging a giant hole for himself. Gave a different level of depth to not just Tooms, but May as well, as her icy backbone again surfaced and she bitched Toom's head off.

Nathan has sadly been forgotten by Marvel over time. With him went the last of May's ties to the boarding home buisness she had begun around the Stern era, which itself gave her her own supporting cast

..I didn't mind him as a character and I wouldn't be against him coming back just don't transform him into something he isn't like ... turn him into a mind controlling supervillain to rival professor x

Can we get Chris Keating back.....or at least, someone else impersonating him again. And where is the Foreigner these days?

When I saw that thread, for some reason I feared some random guy would also suggest to bring Spidercide back... Thank God I was wrong!

But Kaine would be a different subject...

Both to be honest.

Spidercide seemed to have just been made to sell toys.

I don't really care to see Nathan back--I could do without him. IF he did return, I can't say I'd mind, though.

And if not Nathan, May's boarding home buisness. It gave her less dependence on Peter and removed the crutch of "always needing medicine" and "A worry wart".

While I liked the idea of May moving on and the subsequent change to the Parker family dynamic, the character of Nathan Lubensky irritated the crap out of me.

Sternīs Nathan was sopt on,a mix of Uncle Ben but with flaws and not nearly as annoying.
When Stern left DeFalco and Micheline destroyed him.
