Over the next week, month, year, etc. please post original artwork depicting Jeanne-Marie Beaubier in any of her incarnations!

This art can be new or old and in any medium. If it's an old piece please indicate approximately when it was created. And please feel free to comment on others' work, BUT remember, this isn't art class and all posters are encouraged to participate regardless of talent. Unless specifically asked for negative comments are not appreciated and will be reported to the moderator to be deleted. The next Draw Me An X thread will be posted in mid-August. So have fun and take your time!

This weekend I did a couple of sketches featuring Northstar and Aurora. This first sketch has a teenaged Northstar, a face shot of Aurora with Maple Leaf hair and a really quick sketch of the twins with their original hair.

Skills is not what these dmax threads are about. It's mostly about having fun drawing fun characters.

OK, so I have never commented on these threads (but believe you me, I've been stalking them for a while) but this one made me REALLY want to comment. First of all, everything you create is beautiful; I think Marvel should really attempt to go in that direction with their comic art.
But most importantly, I think that these outfits are beautiful, very original.

Aurora is one of my favs! i have a soft spot for crazy bitches! anyway, here is my take on her...done rather quickly with charcoal and graphite. Enjoy....

Here's my take on Aurora. I've drawn her a lot of times, but usually in team shots which I will post over in the Groups forum if any of you are interested, but this is one of few times I've drawn her alone. I'll also put in a few others that have her as main focus. Enjoy!?
