Art looks amazing. Thing is that Spider-Man could be hitting his wife.

Wizard Entertainment has some previews but with no dialogue.

It seems we finally find out who Jackpot actually is in this issue but I have a vague idea who she might be.

I still say she isn't MJ, and I also say the person she is working with is some sort of a SHIELD agent maybe?? I'm most likely wrong on both counts.
Also, the art isn't bad.

Is that menace? If so I'm definitely agreeing with the masses that it is Harry.

The problem is you copied and posted truncated links (I am guess you grabbed the links from another forum).
Most forum software automatically makes long like shorter, by cutting down the characters displayed in the link in the post.
Notice how your link have the "...." in them, that's where the forum made them shorter.

Jackpot's partner could be her rebound boyfriend from Peter who she gained her powers with (if she IS MJ), or just her partner

Well, I'm saying that Jackpot is MJ (mainly because I don't really see Marvel doing their best to actually hide the idea but also I can definitely see Marvel doing it to add some tension between Peter and MJ). It appears that, considering how Jackpot's supposed to be registered hero but we see her look pretty chummy with Spidey in the preview for ASM #549, she is ordered to lure Spidey at the docks under some pretext and capture him, but personally doesn't want to hurt him. Notice how she holds him, probably telling Spidey to quit fighting because it would only make things worse.
As for her partner, that apparently is Blue Shield, a character who first appeared in Dazzler #5 way back in 1981. Here's some more info on him:

I feel like he should be doing some active promotion for medical insurance.

That has me thinking...did MJ split up with Peter because it was part of registering her superhero license? That she had to give up Peter, not knowing who he is, to "protect" him?

So Peter Parker has now beat on MJ two times in comic history in two different versions.
And the first time was a story you COULD tell with a married Spidey:p

Actually, Menace could also be Carlie. She's friends with the girl dating Harry Osborn, would know something about his father and the Green Goblin, and her investigative skills might have turned up some info on where old Goblin gear was stashed. Plus, she might be trying to protect Lily from Harry by trying to frame him.
So, our suspect lists for Menace's identity:
*Harry Osborn (prime suspect, which means he's not Menace if we're sticking to the mystery model)
*J. Jonah Jameson (not a chance)
*Bill Hollister (possible, and would certainly have a strong motive for doing so)
*Dexter Bennet (maybe, but too easy)
*Carlie Cooper (the least likely suspect but a classic twist often seen in mystery fiction)
*Mary Jane Watson (defunct if she's Jackpot)

I don't think it's Harry Osbourne though he wouldn't be brought back to become a new villain because I'm pretty their is a small possibility that will take up the Goblin mantle again. I think issue # 548 was the first time they met so it can't be an old Spidey rogue.

Looks good. HOpe it can match up too Dan Slott's work. Im just holding out for Slott's return to the title. Which I think is in May?
Man, this is the pitfalls of this "revolving writers", Slott may have gotten a hard time just for trying to work in great concepts with the editorial baggage, but Zakk and Gale are going to be viewed with harsher lenses, since one is hit and miss, and the other has a movie career to meet the expectations of.

You know, I don't want to say it until I read the next 9 issues, but I'm disappointed that this is the best Slott could do. It wasn't bad, but (and I've said this before) It wasn't great. I can't even say i was good. Just not bad. I have a bad feeling I'm going to like at least one of the other writers' spidey more than slott's.

Well I think SLott was thrown too the wolves. How hard it must of been for him too take over a comic that just went through a huge outrage. And I think he did a wonderful job. He made a fun story that for 3 issues made me forget about OMD(and I am one of the few that didnt care about the marriage ending it was meh too me. The way it was done is another story....) Not only was it a fun story but it was a great set up for BND. Just one fans opinion. It left me wanting more Slott.

For some reason I don't like the art. I mean, it's not bad, but there is something I don't like...
