Which DC, Marvel and anime/manga characters would be worthy to receive a GL ring or other ring?

Batman once received a yellow Sinestro ring because of his ability to instill fear. That is not surprising since Bats has often intimidated criminals and he used intimidation instead of mind control to silence Riddler from spilling the beans about his secret identity.

In the Silver Age GL mythos, a GL ring seeks out a person who is both fearless and honest. But recently, it is retconned the GL ring seeks those who have the willpower to overcome their fears.

While the three more commonly known variants of power rings are the Green Lantern/Oan ("willpower"), Qwardian yellow ("fear"), and Zamaron violet ("love"), the finale of The Sinestro Corps War identifies four additional color spectrum variants: red ("rage"), orange ("avarice"), blue ("hope"), and indigo ("compassion" - although the actual weapon the compassion corps use is a staff lantern, not a ring)

Green (willpower) ring candidates:
Captain America
Thor
Daredevil
Eikichi Onizuka (Great Teacher Onizuka)
Archer (Fate/Stay Night)
Ichiro Ohgami (Sakura Wars)
Spider-Man
Captain Mar-Vell (Marvel)

Captain America, Mar-Vell and Thor are honest and courageous. Cap and Mar-Vell also demonstrated willpower to resist mind control or mind influence on some occasions. Daredevil is known as the Man without Fear so he is a possible candidate for the GL ring. Eikichi Onizuka is a man with sheer enough willpower to overcome any obstacle and it takes Onizuka's willpower to arm-wrestle 99 men, mostly one at each time and 3 guys in other times. Archer from Fate/Stay Night is a determined and strong-willed fighter who stubbornly fought a superior enemy with no hope for victory until his death.

Yellow (fear) ring candidates:
Ra's Al Ghul
Doctor Doom
Red Skull
Ghost Rider (Marvel)
Wolverine

Ghost Rider uses his "penance stare" to inflict fear and agony into his victims.

Blue (hope) ring candidates:
Superman
Captain Marvel/Billy Batson (DC)
Invisible Woman (Marvel)
Tohru Honda (Fruits Basket)
Sakura Kinomoto (Cardcaptor Sakura)
Fuura Kafuka (Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei)
Keisuke Tanabe (The School of Water Business)
Jimmy Olsen (Spuerman)

In case you don't know the manga/anime Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei, Fuura Kafuka is an super-positive, optimistic girl who is so full of hope that she never sees any despair or hopelessness in any situation that revolves around her. She is quite a beacon of hope

Orange (avarice) ring candidates:
Lex Luthor
Catwoman
Black Cat/ Felicia (Marvel)
Iron Man

Red (rage) ring candidates:
Namor (Marvel)
Doomsday (DC)
Hulk (Marvel)
Lucy (Elfen Lied)
Blockbuster

indigo (compassion) ring candidates:
Wonder Woman
Storm (Marvel)
Superman
Fuuko Kuzuha (I My Me Strawberry Eggs)
Zauriel
Kozue Aoba (Mahoraba)
Mutsumi Goro (Angel Tail)

Wonder Woman sure has killed before but she does have compassion for animals and people, especially the poor needy ones.

violet/love ring candidates:
Gwen Stacy (Spider-Man)
Green Arrow/Ollie Queen
Karen Page (Daredevil)
Sarah (Mobile Suit Z Gundam)
Reccoa Londe (Mobile Suit Z Gundam)
Aoi Sakuraba (Ai Yori Aoshi)
Haruka (Kimi ga Nozomu Eien AKA Rumbling Hearts)
Asami Onohara (Oku-sama wa Joshi Kousei)
