You should actually read the first Moon Knight trade, its really good. Knight won by just plain being tougher, he could take more punishment and dish more out.

As for a Taskmaster movie, why? I mean I guess if it was halfway decent I'd watch but with all the other characters Marvel has, like Moon Knight or Doctor Strange or Black Panther or Cable and Deadpool or just about any other hero, why do a movie about Taskmaster?

Smokin' Aces was a terrible film. It's stupid, boring, and poorly staged.

I guess I'll jump on the Smokin' Aces hate band wagon.

They had a decent setup with all the assassins going after one guy, but went nowhere with it. None of the characters were very sympathetic, but at least most of them died.

Also, from the ads back when the movie came out I thought it was a comedy, but a more dour and depressing film I haven't seen in quite a while.

As to Taskmaster getting beat, yeah he can memorize some moves, but as has been pointed out, that means nothing against an opponent who is just plain tougher and can take some punishment and still give plenty back.

Taskmaster has a gimmick and when that gimmick doesn't work he gets his ass handed to him, plain and simple.

Dude Moon Knight is awesome in a complete psycho sort of way, he specializes is slicing off pieces of bad guys. He is not a mutant but rather the avatar of the god of vengeace and the moon Khonshu, or at least he thinks he is. Also if you pick up the book where he lays into Tasky you can actually see Taskmasters real face.

Smokin Ace's wasnt suppose to be the next f$#%in Schindler's List, it wasn't even marketed as such. But any movie that has chain saws and guns and guys with Assassin Creed daggers in their sleeves and Cocaine and chicks shooting M82's out of hotel windows, into other hotels is more then "OK" in my book.

And Taskmaster vs the Moon mutant, only reason Moonknight won is cause he's the new poppular guy, and Taskmaster is like a crutch for everyone to beat the s#$% out of. Wich is flat out retarded, being that he hands down has the coolest abilities in the Marvel Universe. I mean when ISN'T Taskmaster gettin the s$#% beat out of him? Kind of a waist of a great character...

But with his mini-series, and now this movie, he's catchin that long overdue break. I just wish the movie was primarily based on his Udon mini-series as oppose to the aftermath of bein smashed by a Mooner. That mini-series really focused on his mercenary lifestyle and had him kickin enough ass to fill the god d#$% moon.

A new Taskmaster mini would be cool. It would be good to see more of the dude kicking ass. The panels of him vs. SHEILD to get to Maria Hill was fantastic!

It will be cool to see more Taskmaster-Grady Ant-Man-et all in the Initavite, but more Taskmaster will rock.

Though please, please, please drop the dumb white trunks/bucket boots costume- it looks freaking terrible!

The possibilities with Taskmaster are endless. Udon would be perfect for a series or another mini-series. He is really bad ass. I just don't understand why no one at Marvel even gives it a thought. And if he gets a series, in his series Moon Knight needs a beatdown, because one of the biggest jokes I ever saw was Moon Knight beating Taskmaster. That was like Jubilee smacking the **** out of Wolverine.

Yeah but I think it's safe to say that Moonknight is still a new poppular figure in the Marvel Universe. I mean no one started given a s#$% about him until about 2 years ago or so. And the first thing they do, they give him Taskmaster to smack up...Lame.
