tick question

I'm new to the Tick and want to get his first series but am confused with all the reprints and my question is which printings should I get of tick #1-12?

You can find the trades almost anywhere, so get those and don't worry about printings. The story works better in trade anyway.

And although nobody asked, I'm only partial to the Ben Edlund stuff. The other creators always left me cold.
