Who'd I miss? I'm sure there's lots. I'm just browsing the internet and going off memory.
Soon I'll dig into the books themselves. But there are over 3,000 to flip through. And I figured some of you may have ideas off the top of your head.

That looks pretty close to complete.
There is the super-minor addition of Angela Yin, Urich's photographer from the post-clone, pre-reboot days.
The Prowler, Rocket Racer.
Sandman maybe belongs in the "friendly villains" category.
Ooh, and Nate Grey, X-Man.

I'd had Angela Yin in my excel list, but failed to transfer her and a few others.
I threw in Prowler and Rocket Racer, though I'm not sure where the line should be. He clearly has way more allies than are named. I realise I had put Wasp and Spider-Woman there, having certain issues of Spectacular Spider-Man in mind.
I guess Prowler became a friend kind of like Connors though. I recall the time he dressed up as Spider-Man to help Pete out of a secret-identity fix.
Nate Grey is good, because they really became friends. Like Human Torch or Daredevil.
Oh, and thanks Sean!

One possibility is limiting it to heroes who first appeared in a Spidey book. But then that opens the door to people like Annex and Nightwatch, who he's probably met all of twice.
Or maybe just limit it to the membership of the Outlaws:

(That was a neat story)

You went through the whole family and didn't get to Arthur?
For shame.

I had him with the classic characters, as I think he's the one that dates back to Lee's run.

How about the Trapster? He's been sort of heroic in the past and willingly agreed to get Spidey out of that Joey Z problem.
Oh, and Blade. Maybe.

Oh, and Blade. Maybe.
I mean... it was nice of him to confess to the murder and all. And I guess Trapster and Dusk did get to talking.
But he's just not the direction I'm asking for. Way too many allies or villains who ended up being helpful.
I'm wondering more if I forgot somebody he dated (like Cissy Ironwood, who wasn't there before. Oops) or worked with. Etc

Got that already.
And the wiki entry.
Given how great the spiderfan.org site is normally, that list is surprisingly incomplete.

He'd been dating Aunt May, hadn't he.
Yeah, I guess Jarvis should count.
Though now you're trying to remind me modern Spider-Man comics exist, when I like to pretend otherwise.

On the subject of May's gaggle of hot young studs, there's always Willie Lumpkin, the ear-wiggling mailman. He started out an FF character, but he dated May for a while.
Oh, and MJ's cousin Kristy.

What was the name of the girl he took to the fair in Peter Parker: Spider-Man #32? The one that lived across the way with Barker.
And he did date Black Widow once while she had amnesia. Not sure if that counts.

Oh, yeah. She was the one who liked walking in on him naked.
Caryn Earle.
And what was the name of his neighbor. The one who played the country music? That short guy.

And for the record, I assume I'm missing a ton of recent people. Anybody involved in the high school Peter taught at for example.
While I care more about older, say clone saga and before days, I guess I should care about everybody for completeness' sake.

Most of the people involved in Peter's teacher days were one-offs, to my memory. There was a kid with a gangbanger brother, a nerdy kid he helped gain confidence, a bitchy administrator woman...
I guess the principal appeared the most, in the story where he hired Peter and then again in the Mysterio's arc.

Where the hell have you been Cody?! Welcome back :DThanks! Between Christmas vacation and the lack of Spider-Man comics that weren't One More Day, I didn't really have too much to say, hence the lack of posting. But now that we're back to three Spider-Man comics a month, I've got something to post about again.

Coming out of Sensational issues, there were William Walters (called Billy)--Daily Bugle photographer who eventually left to take care of his mom--and Hope, the deaf neighbor girl. Did she have a last name? I haven't gone back far enough, I don't think, to know.

I kind of liked the relashionship that Micheline was building between Joy Mercado and Peter, subtlety hinting that she might be on to the fact the he was Spidey, but he droped the plot and soon after she was dropped also, still find it a shame tough.
I thought they had a cool dynamic, the way she was always dissing him for being lazy and a geek,it had a different feeling as opposed to all the others that usually would just instantly fall in love and tolerate almost everything he did.She actually was always challenging him and making him feel very uncomfortable and not knowing what to do or how to act around her.
Whre is She?
Well according to Sean she left and is living together with Kate Cushing.lol
