Monday night I played adult dodge ball for two hours. I used more muscle's doing that than I do while working. If I sit for more than a few minutes it hurts to move. The last time I hurt this bad I was when I walked an un-Godly amount of miles to get comics. I have to be in a wedding Saturday so hopefully I'll be fine by then.

You're so out of shape that a couple hours of playing a game leaves you unable to move. Wow.

I would suggest that Sabrina amputates.

I believe the word you're looking for is "immense."

Try Epsom (?) salt in a hot bath, Tigerbalm (it stinks), and some motrin.

Hmm, I ran spell check. It must not check the title box. Sorry.

Try Flex-All 454. That helps my aches and pains.

Me and Joe Namath can't both be wrong.

Might be a bit late for it, but make sure to keep hydrated and get some protein. After a heavy workout, both of those go a long way to help repair muscle tissue, or so I hear.

The whole concept of it means sooner or later you are going to be in pain. Just say no like many US schools have now done.

It's not the balls that hurt. It's the dodging. I had a blast playing it but I'm deffinantly feeling it. I'll go again in two weeks.

Hee hee!

Seriously, that made me feel like a 10 year old. Sorry; won't happen again.

My two year old cat is having all of her teeth removed today. Something tells me she might be in a bit more pain than you by the end of the day.

Yeah I knew that it would sound bad but there really was no way else to say it.

My two year old cat is having all of her teeth removed today. Something tells me she might be in a bit more pain than you by the end of the day. Well that could be true but I'll bet she gets a anesthetic before they operate on her and I'll bet they give her pain killers afterwords.

BTW Every time I see your name I add the prefix Killer to it in my head just so you know.

But the world will be a safer place!

when you work out, you need to use all of your major muscles. The fact that this happened at 27 means that you might be injury prone so it's in your best interest to get into good shape now or pay the price later.
