I'm not sure I get the purpose of the buddy list. I originally thought that it is supposed to be like an e-mail address book, but I can't seem to make it work like that.

Is there a way to use the buddy list the same way as an e-mail address book?, If not, is there a way to squeeze that feature in there?

And yeah, it was pretty useful.

There's an option to check off names on the buddy list and then send a group PM to everyone who is checked. Even if it's just one. But that's the extent of it that I can tell.
