Darkened figure in New Avengers #1

Maybe I am crazy but, looking back at every issue of New Avengers I noticed something. Everytime a Fury lmd is shown it is wearing a trench coat with the collar flipped up. The dark figure talking to Electro has a coat with the collar flipped up. I think this is the seed Bendis planted in #1. Has anyone else caught this or is this just my impatience waiting for the Ivasion to get rolling?
