Looking for PC strategy games

I'm a big fan of strategy games like caesar and pharaoh. I'm looking for games like these but it's hard to find them. Do you guys know or heard about new games of this kind ?

If you want less serious, Zeus and Poseidon are very good.

Those are more city building simulations, correct? I don't know that there's a whole lot of those around these days, at least not in the fanciful historical vein. You could always try the Civilization series.

There's a Japan themed city builder, but I can't think of the name of it right now. Civ is a good suggersion though. You can try Alpha Centauri if you want civilization in space.

Caeser 4 came out a year or two ago and at the same time CivCity: Rome came out.

Thanks for the tips. You don't know how hard it is to find an historical city building game.Too bad they don't create more games like these.
