What H.I.V.E. are you talking about? The one from the cartoon Teen Titans or the DCU one which were the main villians of the Teen Titans/Titans comics? They were basically your evil organization like James Bond's S.P.E.C.T.R.E. or G.I. Joe's Cobra.
