totaly logical because Thor is a Norse god then he's name should be Odinsson because he's the son of odin but what does the comics say?

Actually, it is. The Norse naming convention is taking your fathers first name, and adding -søn for males, or -dottir for females. This is still the way it is done on Iceland.

The custom has had a few reemergences in Norway, hence the number of last names that have been frozen as a first name from the Bible, with the -sen, -son or -søn suffix.

His first name is more variable, with different peoples calling him by different names -Tor most commonly, Thor in the Marvel continuity USA.
