Anyone here familiar with Runaways UK?

If so, perhaps you can assist me. A guy I used to know had an album by them that had a track (I believe at the end) where they were scratching some guy singing "That's the way life is...oh yeah". It sounded like it was from an older (60s maybe 70s) ballad. The sleeve for the record looked like this:

I bought the CD and that track isn't on there. This guy had the album on vinyl, so I'm wondering if maybe vinyl had a bonus track or if this guy had a single/EP that had a similar cover. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like there are differences between the CD (http://www.discogs.com/release/50159) and vinyl (http://www.threesixtyrecords.net/ruk_class_dl.html) releases. I haven't heard either, so I don't know for sure, but it looks like the vinyl tracks are available for download at various places.

Thanks. I checked iTunes and the track isn't on there. I'm starting to think he almost certainly had a single that had a similar cover.
