i wasn't a huge fan of his x-factor issues, but from the previews i've seen of incredible herc his work is improving.
i'll give his mighty avengers issues a chance. i think he's relatively speedy as well, so that's good for this book.
anyone else have opinions about pham's work or his upcoming mighty avengers gig?
edit: i spelled avengers wrong in the thread title. matt, could you correct it for me? thanks.

I like Pham, he'll be cool to see here.
Sad to see him have such a short, short tenure on Herc though. I wonder who will be taking over on THAT title.
Hmmm... I wasn't wowed by his Xfactor stuff. It wasn't bad, but it didn't strike me as A list material that I honestly expected the book to get.
But we'll see.

I'm curious. But I'll wait until I some some preview art of his Mighty Avengers before he gets my blessing.

I think Khoi Pham is going to be great on this but I really don't see why Cho had to leave.

Cho's delays were way too much. The material became time sensitive since MA crossed over with NA, and was buidling up to Silent Invasion. He had to be taken off the book.

I am glad. I was sick of the delays. They were too much for me.

i think Pham's style didnt suit X-Factor, which is a grittier street book more similar to New Avengers. I think his bold art-work and clean lines will work perfectly in Mighty, and will carry on a trend set by Cho and Bagley. Mighty Avengers is clearly keeping its art "style" the same even when artists change, i wish the same could be said of New Avengers. all the artists they have lined up for it are great, but alot of their styles vary greatly. I think overall it will suffer art and style-wise from Yu leaving.

Rafa Sandoval who did the WWH: Aftersmash One-Shot will take over from Khoi Pham with #116.

Talk about a quick rise. I liked the work he provided for X-Factor last year. I look forward to what he can bring for MA

I don't care if Liefild draws the book, as long as it comes in time.

His art looks distinctively different from what I remember in X-Factor. More Leinil Yu/Travis Charest now.

it does look better. i think he may have been somewhat rushed on x-factor.

I haven't seen much from him, but i'll give it a chance.
Looks not bad the panels i've seen so far from him.
