There's been speculation that Rogue/Gambit will once again be back together post-MC. Many are already moaning and groaning about this. My question is simple: Which X-character (currently living and a member of one of the X-teams) deserves some spotlight in the whole dating game? Why and who would you suggest (another X-character or other)?

I think it's a little too early for this thread, but I'll give it a go.

Havok and Lorna have recently rekindled their relationship, so that's good enough for me. I don't think that with the MC events going on right now, anyone is in the mental state of thinking about who they love. Even after MC, I don't see anything like that being feasible until later this year.

hey profezzor i think its the total opposite actually. with all of the deaths, betrayal and movement between groups i think that the trying times will make strange bedfellows...but that's just an opinion...

Wolfsbane deserves to be in a relationship, with whom I am not sure of though.

Same for X-23, just not Hellion, as he is scared of her and way to arrogant, and she doesn't quite understand the emotions etc yet.

Definately explore Nightcrawler and Marvel Girl (Rachel Grey).

And even though Kitty is off-world and I think she is involed with Colussus but if she isn't maybe she needs someone in her life. I think her and Colossus are together though. I really need to get alot of comics heh.

Ugh, BARF-ola. Nightcrawler is way more secure, mature and awesome then Phoenix-Lite. Nightcrawler needs to be with someone who is exciting, fierce and not some alter-earth piece of stank.

I like the idea of Nightcrawler and Rahne.

I'd also like to see Dazzler hook up with Wolverine when she rejoins the X-men. If for no other reason than it will make all of her fans scream.;)

On second thought, though, I might actually like to see Dazzler hook up with Cable. Perhaps she has a fetish for guys with glowing eyes or something.

I always liked the idea of Rachel and Warpath. I think they would balance each other out pretty well. Shame, she got Korvus and he got Hepzibah while they were on the same team.

I think, if Jean does come back, I wouldn't mind seeing her with Angel for a bit. Maybe more of a good friendship, with a bit of flirting. Nothing serious.

Actually, I think that it would be good for all of the New X-men to have some sort of relationship (with anyone for that matter)....I know that when i was a teenie bopper, everyone was dating someone....

FRIENDS:

PIXIE & ANOLE- Everyone needs that sort of friend at age 15. Just don't do a stereotypical, 'she loves him but cant have him oh isnt it tragic' bit of rubbish.

RELATIONSHIP-

ANOLE & ROCKSLIDE- I always felt Santo's reaction to Tag's death was really severe, that coupled with his naturally overtly macho pisstakey relationship with Victor makes me think it could be pheasibly written as a relationship...
