After Civil War

Well some of you may have noticed I know next to nothing in regards to this stuff, so Im here for a little help again. I just finished the Civil War (and unfortunately I read Planet Hulk and World War Hulk way before I read it [I thought PH and WWH were a lot better by the way]) so what should I read now to continue on with the story?

What part of the story though? I guess the ones that spin the most out of CW itself are The Order, Initiative and Mighty/New Avengers. In terms of just events its Secret Invasion around the corner...
