I'm not aware of dual court-martials, but Hank Pym and Hawkeye each received one.

I think Tony did too in the drunk days

And Tony had one back in Avengers #6, as Iron Man...for failing to respond to an All-Avengers summons.... the punishment of the hearing? To be suspended from all Avengers functions for the rest of the month. Go figure! (PS: This has JUST been reprinted in the latest Avengers Classic. You could even pick it up off the shelf and flip through the splash page and the next one to two pages to enjoy the silver age goodness...without even buying the issue!

Wait a minute, I swore it said one WEEK in Avengers Classic.

Dear god, OMD did more damage than I could ever imagine :)

I don't know about a court marshall, but Hulk had his status as a founding Avenger revoked.

didn't they reinstate it when he was the professor hulk?

I think they reinstated it when he agreed to help them with one Starlin's Infinity crossovers.

As a way of getting Hulk to help out during Infinity gauntlet, Cap said they would "think about it."

By Avengers (vol.3) #4, Hulk still didn't have his founder status back.

court-martials only happen in the military and are for soldiers. Most of the Avengers are civilians.

Nevertheless, that's what the Avengers have always called their disciplinary proceedings.
