Hellblazer like comics and GNs

Im a big fan of Hellblazer. I have read the trades and enjoy most of the runs.


I was wondering if you guys can recommend comics similar.

Dark and supernatual like HB. It doesnt have to be supernatural stuff but dark if its not. For example Human Target wasnt supernatural but very dark tone which i liked alot.

I know the names of the famous names like Sandman etc

I was looking for the less famous ones too.

I enjoy the Hellblazer series quite a bit as well. Its not that low-key anymore, but check out "Preacher" by Garth Ennis (the man responsible for practically all of the Punisher MAX comics). Its has similar themes to Hellblazer but is by no means the same.

Swamp Thing (Alan Moore, Rick Veitch and Mark Millar's runs)
Sandman (more supernatural - less dark)
Lucifer
Criminal (not at all supernatural)
Sleeper

Ennis is fav writer in comics so i have read Preacher.

He is the reason i enjoy Vertigo comics. I liked his HB runs so much.
