I recently saw where one of the writers in an interview said something like "at the creative summit we talked about how where going to deal weth Daredevil bieng a skrul for the last 20 years". Also how is the Marvel Continuaninty in terms of yeart compared to real time? Any thoughts?

i eally hope not. because daredevil is my favorite character of all time. and as much as i love skrulls i would hate my collection seeing as how im trying to collect every daredevil issue. honestly it would be smart if daredevil was taken (hopefully not killed) because he could probably sense the slightest difference of the skrull. thats why i thought Lily in the daredevil books was a skrull. She smells like Karen Page which drives Daredevil crazy whenever he is enar her. so her pheromone could be a weapon of sorts to keep his radar off her skrullness.

I agree, Lily does seem very Skrull-like and the Phermones don't really help her case.
Another theoretical thought: Is it possible the people who outed Daredevil's identity to the public turning them against him, just like they had done to the Avengers during the Kree-Skrull War are Skrulls so that he (Daredevil) would be distracted long enough by this crisis for the Skrulls to operate without his interference?

that also sound shighly likely. if you remember Elektra came back around the time he was outed. i believe it was elektra, bullseye, white tiger, black widow, and wilson fisk around that time. i also thought foggy might be a skrull because of the whole killed, witness protection thing because he was "killed" matt heard it. how can you fake a heartbeat fading? then he is under witness protection and also gaurded by "the Hand?"
a little skrully

I just feel like starting a "NO FRIGGIN' SKRULLS IN DAREDEVIL". O, Lord, please, a bit of decency!
Daredevil has been consistently one of Marvel's best series for years: putting skrulls in it would be like putting sh*t on a caviar dish... Personally I am not a big fan of such avant-garde cuisine inventions:
Enough Marvel series have been messed up recently with forgettable mega-events, please leave good ol' Hornhead out of the invasion nonsense.

I think matt murdock needs to be thrown in the spotlight more often. he is arguably one of marvels top seller,s has a huge fan base, and has taken down people way out of his league. not to mention him being a tragic hero. i think a skrull would be good for the series, but i dont think it should be something to dwell on. if it is foggy, then he will have alot more trauma and all that jazz, as to where if its lily who came out of nowhere, then shes just sneaky and easily forgettable

Daredevil is not a skrull... Echo is though.

if it is foggy...
That would be cheap. As having that ex-girlfriend of Matt turning into as skrull was cheap.
Brubaker "killed" Foggy and then brought him back with a good, reasonable, believable explanation. Brubaker didn't have Matt making a deal with, say, Mephisto, to bring Foggy back... And this is the kind of thing I like about DD: that even with the superpower/costume stuff, it doesn't abuse the "suspension of disbelief" as much as in other series/characters.

Your talking about the Joe Q interview on 'One More Day' where he 'let slip' Daredevil was a Skrull.
Given the circumstances that the slip came out I think its safe to say its a hoax.

I'll pray on my bended knees for it to be an hoax. It certainly doesn't sound like a thing Brubaker would do: he writes excellently, and such thing would be unworthy of his fine work in DD.
Honest, DD is a good noir-styled, street level series. I don't want shape-shifting aliens in it, even less aliens from a race of aliens so dumb that can be convinced to live as cows.

It was a joke. Here is the quote from the interview...
Joe Q. : A perfect example of this is our Marvel Creative Summit that just ended a few days ago. We came up with some amazing stuff and once we've compiled all of our notes we'll pass them along to Kevin Feige and the crew so that they have an idea of what's coming down the road and how we deal with Daredevil having been a Skrull for the last 20 years. Whoops, I don't think I was supposed to say that.
Jonah W. : People, remain calm. He's only joking. I think. Actually, I'm not quite sure. "Secret Invasion's" going to drive the kids nuts, ain't it?

I don't think Brubaker would ever stoop to such a p.o.s. storyline - he's too good a writer.
And sincerely, is anyone really excited about the "Secret Invasion"? Contrived crap.

Personally, I am not. Unfortunately, we internet forums posters are just a wee vocal minority and whatever my opinion is marvel won't care about it, and go ahead with the story... even if I suspect that it will end with reed Richards hypnotizing the Skrulls and making them believe they're cows :p
