Doubt it. not enough supervillians to fight. Superman has to fight supervillians. he'll dub it "lame".

I bet if prime does find his own earth he;ll probaly see a world where lory is already in love with someone else or maybe that earths version of him, superman prime we'll be pissed and kill him. Lory will be in major shock, he grabs her speaking histerically saying not to worry because it;s him and he'll crush her in his histeria. Then he will be all like "NOOOOOOOOOOO" and then he will destroy the earth saying it was fake. Thats exactly what will happen mark my words.God he sure can't keep his cool.

Was this ever explained? I mean WHY would a perfect Z be fat? Are we supposed to conclude that the Zatanna we know has got weight issues? That she compulsively diets or vomits up her dinner? What was the message/subtext here?

It was just a WTF? moment for me...

Any ending that has you eating cheesecake and becoming deliciously overweight is "happily ever after." To clarify: cheesecake is delicious.

(Man, this New Year's is boring.)

It's not Earth-Prime, therefore it isn't the Earth that Prime wants.

Alex Luthor might like it, though (if he wasn't dead).

There should be an earth prime . After all , that's the reality where the dark Flash , Walter West went to or at least what it appears to be , a world where superheroes exist only in comics.

If Alexander Luthor didn't destroyed it when he meddle with all those earths in infinite crisis , it should still be there.

Anyone else finding it hard to invest in any multiverse characters, when they often seem to be introduced with a very vague backstory (for example, "on this Earth, Zatanna's a fat shrink") only to be killed off before the end of the issue?

Yeah, I hate that they're just treating all these story possibilities as expendable cannon fodder. If you have a finite number of alternate realities, you should do something with them, more than just destroying them one by one.

At least the ones in the "Search for Ray Palmer" books got a bit more exploration.

We need a new ongoing called Tales of the Multiverse that could have spinoffs depending on popularity (like the recent Amazing Fantasy). And Terry McGinnis better be in something soon. You cannot just give us that 1 page tease.

I believe in an interview with Newsarama, Dan DiDio said that Superman Prime will actually find his Earth. So he must kick Monarchs butt if he gets to find his Earth.

...But I have a theory, maybe that wouldn't be a good idea because it'd lead Monarch right to Prime's Earth, I think there's going to be kill-or-be-killed fight between Monarch and Prime in Final Crisis.

It which Prime might actually be a good guy who's trying to save his Earth and thereby save the Multiverse from Monarch's cruelty and find his own Earth where he can be happy.

I believe that Prime and Solomon are going to do a deal: "Look, kiddo, you've already destroyed one Earth, so the Monitors should kick you ass. But since we're too busy fighting the Monarch, I'll give you a offer: Hand us that guy head on a plate and not only I'll find your Earth, but I'll also hide you from the Monitors. What about that? You even get the opportunity to kill Jason Todd as a bonus, too!"

This issue was actually addressed in IC when Superman fought The Superman from Earth 2. E2 Superman claimed that his earth had been perfect in comparison to the Earth created after CoIE. But the apt reply, and I'm flaking if it was Superman Or Wonder Woman who said it, was that if there were a perfect world, it wouldn't need a Superman. Prime's quest is ultimately flawed, because were he to ever find a perfect world, it would have no need of him.
