PSP Video Uploading problems

I just got a new PSP (the slim one) and I'm having problems uploading them onto my PSP. They are MP4 files, and I have a Video file on my PSP. When I upload them, they are corrupt, and I don't know why. I get the videos off of Google Video, so I'm not entirely sure what to do. I went to gamefaqs for help, but lately, they are being douches, so I don't want to further question any more then I did. I just want to be able to upload them without downloading anything or buying unneeded software.

Or better yet, google "pspvideo9" and download that. It's free and it converts videos to upload to your PSP.
