Ok no one has talked about this so here i go,
I showed alot of hatred on the last arc. But i have changed my mind about it. This issue was actaully really good. The art was amazing. And the dialoge was pretty good. It was funny how the movie portraid batman.
What did you guys thnk of the issue.

A huge step-up from the garbage this title has been home to for the last year, so I am cautiously optimistic. The art and writing were pretty solid.
However, the stench of the previous year could derail this story very quickly.

So you and Cronin liked it.
Seems it might be back into the lion's den of average satellite titles for me.

It wasn't perfect, but I enjoyed it. The story poking fun at Smallville and certain movies was enjoyable, and the artists did a very great job. I enjoyed the last arc, though the ending certainly felt rushed.

It was fun, a first for the book in a very, very long time. Well, Alfred was acting suspiciously out of character, but otherwise a joy to read.

That's one of the minor things that irked me. In the end I simply took it as Alfred being the parental figure being angry at their kid for being reckless.

Being annoyed that the Fortress of Solitude has no pantry or heating system doesn't strike me as being out of character. As for Clark getting mutilated by kryptonite...how often has Alfred chewed out Bruce for his injuries? This is par for the course with him.

Apropos of nothing else, when was it decided that the Fortress should be cold? Lois was comfortable there in a nightgown in the movie.

I enjoyed this one too. Nice to see some humor from Superman and Batman before things got serious. The art was really good as well.

I liked it, the movie portrayal was funny.
I thought Alfred was very in character. He has a very, dry, sharp wit.

Count me in as liking it as well. I'm probably more happy about the story itself. This seems like such a logical story to tell. Has it been done before? If not I'm kind of surprised.
Something like this could be drawn out over half a year, it's so important in my opinion. How long is this arc scheduled to run?

I loved how the Flash mocked Superman for being knocked by a "second tier" and Livewire reaction to what he said. Alfred in the Fortress and the film parodies were very funny, too. Let's not forget Livewire's fangirl eyes.
