Ultron ultimate story?

A co-worker just recently brought in the Hardbound collection "Avengers Assemble" volume 4, with issues that include "Maximum Security", and Ultron Imperitive and some others, but stops just prior to the Kang/Scarlet Centurian arc (which apparantly fills volume 5).

I was flipping through this fourth volume and found the Ultron story, which I think I already own.

So, now I'm wondering, what story is it when Thor confronts Ultron with "Ultron: I would have words with thee..."

Where is THAT story, and is it considered the "best Ultron story?":confused:

PS: Does anyone find the end of Ultron Imperitive to be reminicent if not a rip off of the first Ultron story from Avengers #58?

In cases like this, I believe the phrase is homage. 58 was one of those fanboy moments writers like to recall, like Ant-Man going inside the Vision, or Spidey taking a couple pages to get the debris off him while fighting the Master Planner. So Ultron stories have a tendency to end with people finding Ultron heads. Kirkman did a similar bit recently in Marvel Zombies.

I would definitely say that is the Ultimate Ultron story, heck it's one of the best Avengers stories ever
