She was on the New Avengers until she took Skrullektra to Tony Stark. I think she might be on the Mighty Avengers after that point, but we won't know for sure until Mighty Avengers actually catches up.

She really has to be with one or the other. Given her outlaw status as a NA she can't survived without them, but if she's signed on to the sra I think she'd join the MA since it might be the only way she can stay out of SHIELD, and SHIELD doesn't hold any real affection for her.
