White Skull (an idea for a new Marvel Villian)

Hi I got an idea for a new Maverl Villian the White Skull, inspired by the latest What if series the one the featured Captian America in the American Civil War, I liked the idea of a Confederate villian character


My version of the White Skull he is a modern decendant of the Codfederate General his great grandfather, before his tranformation into the White Skull he was a Civil War reactor who got jumped by a Black gang in his chemical lab were they were robbing it for source of money, at the time he was dressed in a Confederate officer uniform they thought it would be funny too dump him in a vat of chemicals, hense his new current form a man with a White Skull for a head.

So did I, like the White Martians vs. the Green Martians from DC.

I liked the original Civil War Cap story, and loved the 1951 avengers in Cuba follow-up (General America! Communist Fantastic Four!), So I'd like to see some aspects come back to the regular MU. However I already think there are one two many racially motivated supervillans, so it would be hard to see where this one would fit.

It's not a bad idea, but I think it might be a little redundant with Red Skull and Hate Monger in the picture.

And I read it as "Skrull," too. Funnily enough, I think the Prime Skrull from BLACKWULF (the last non-Deviant Skrull) was chalk white.
