New Halo Levels!

So has anyone else heard they come out tomorrow (Dec. 11th)?

Personally I have been saying for almost a month now they need new levels. I can't wait.

Anyone seen screen shots? My friend was telling me about them but I am far to lazy to go look around on-line myself, and working on a paper...

I have also said I'd love to see them add all the old levels to the game. I think that would be freaking sweat. I don't see why they don't....

Any new achievements?

I don't think there's any new achievements, but I guess you never know...

The new maps look awesome though. Especially the big one with the satilites and Foundry (which is especially awesome because you can completly rearrange it in Forge mode! Even add in a GIANT soccer ball. lol).

I don't have Halo 3 anymore, but I do plan to get it again eventually (need to get Gold too). I'm definitly going to wait till the maps are FREE in the spring to download them (even if I don't have Halo 3 then).

Looking forward to playing in the new maps eventually. Halo 3 multiplayer is, imo, a lot of fun and these maps look to make it even cooler.

Well I'm still not entirely sure how this works. I downloaded them this morning and continued to play 5 or so game on live. I never did hit the new levels. Will I?

Yep, the maps cost 800 points I believe. BUT they will be free in the Spring! Of course its just been confirmed that more new Halo 3 maps will be released in the Spring around the same time. So they'll have some new maps that cost and the current maps that are out now will be free...lol!

Also: I'm pretty sure you'll only play with people that have the maps. The maps were just released last night too so who knows how many people have them. Plus some people might be like me and want to wait till the Spring when they're free. You know...they really shouldn't announce ahead of time that the maps will be FREE in the Spring...lol.

Well I pay'd for the maps; They are great. You can play BTB on them in a special matchmaking game.

Is no one else downloading these? I feel like I am the only one talking about this. I know that I really wanted new maps. I was sick of playing the old ones.

Yeah, I think I can wait till the spring. The maps look great but I'm perfectly happy with the ones we already have. :)
