The highlight of my week....

....or maybe the lowlight, was a special ed student-on-student butter-knife stabbin', followed by a dodging of said butterknife that made one observer comment on it's likeness unto a Michael Jackson dance-fightin' video, a restraint, and the grand finale handcuffin' by the po-po.

For some reason today, now that I have some time to sit with it and let my feelings settle..... well, I'm kinda tense.

Nah, Dazz and I are as close as it comes to 'safety officers' in that class, although we can call for backup. Everyone's trained in assault responce techniques.

i took a 'mandt training' course a while back... it was basically like a passive 'take-down' sorta thing... maybe something similar to what you all are trained in? (but more extensive on your part, i'm sure)

ever hear of it? it was through a school district, but i've never found anyone who's actually heard of it except the people i trained with.

I got my ass beat at our job today.
I got kicked in the nuts, spit on, and had chunks of flesh clawed out of my hand today by a student for saying the word "nope" (which unbeknowst to me is the rudest word ever).

Then I had my face punched clean through by a 300 pound maniac for telling him bye. In front of his grandma.
My face hurts, my hands hurt, my balls hurt, and my body hurts from last week's beatdowns and butterknife stabbings.
I can't sleep because all I can think about is how violent my life is and how all i want to do is to be someone who has a peaceful life.

I hate my job so much but I can't afford to quit. I hate my life so much, but I'm too chicken to kill myself.

All I want is a little time off.
