Its hard to keep up with all the stuff so i'll ask:
1. Is the current Supergirl, Kara Zor-El, from different dimension than the one she is currently staying in? I think that during the Loeb's run there was some interference between Supergirl and Powergirl, they said Powergirl was from alternate dimension, but nothing about the Supergirl? Is she like Superman-Prime, immune to Krypton of the current world?
2. Speaking of current worlds, and alternate dimensions, on which of the earths does the current Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, JLA, Supergirl and other "mainstream" titles all take place? Batman and the Outsiders looks like a different world from the others, i mean, Bats can't be in JLA and Outsiders at the same time?
3. How come Superman-Prime doesn't need his sun-power suit anymore? In Tales of the Sinestro Corps when the JLA smashes his suit, he just waits for the sun to come out and repower... then why did he need the suit in the first place in Infinite Crisis?
4. Ok, this isn't a question but is just a twisted cool thought: what if the DC is currently bankrupting and they wanna do the Final Crisis so they could kill every character in the DCU and just stop publishing cause they're all "dead" :) To go out with a big bang!
5. In Bat and the Outsiders when the sh*t hits the fan, Catwoman says something like: i've done my bid, i'm outta here! WTF? Do they have a vigilante group or half of them are mercenaries?
6. I can't remember, but i think there was Wonder Girl title coming out, what happened to the following issues... canceled?
7. What is the All-New Atom like? Is it any good?
8. Also not a question but an observation: in All-Star Batman #1 did you noticed that when we see Bruce Wayne in the circus he has no beard whatsoever, and then few minutes later when he changes into Batman he has a one-week-messy beard :)
9. I can't remember seeing the FOS lately, since the Supes moved it into the rain forest area no one is showing it anymore? Is it back on Arctic, is it destroyed?
10. How much things can Batman stuff in his belt? There has to be a limit man!
11. Does Superman's aura fades away if he's not under yellow sun light for more than a while? Doomsday toke it off by beating, how man? By blocking the sun with his giant fat ass? And what is that aura capable of?
I'll post more of Q's later, i gotta run now.
Thanks

7. It's a comic book that returns the Atom to his roots as a science hero. Ivy Town is now filled with all kinds of wacko-scientomystical effects, and Ryan Choi and his friends have to deal with those. Not everything is known yet about what's going on. Ryan himself is a likeable hero, but the supporting cast is what really makes the book:
- the Lighter-Than-Air Society, a club of science-genius professors at Ivy Town University who get together to play poker and give Ryan advice
- Head, who is a giant floating head that was sent as a warning to Ryan from an advanced alien miniature civilization that lives on Ryan's dog (sample Head speech: "QQQQQQQQ! Is having 'Happy Days'! Potsie or death!"
- Giganta, the Wonder Woman villain, who is a professor at Ivy Town University, and who has a crush on Ryan

1. No, as far as I know Kara is from the regular DC Earth
2. All the mainstream books take place on the same Earth, I dunno how Batman can handle being on two teams, but if Flash can (JLA and Titans) and Wolverine can be in even more than the Bat can handle it
3. Superman-Prime doesn't need it when there is a Sun present only when he was locked up without access, he needed it when he had to escape from under the red sun in Infinite Crisis and now because he had been trapped without sun by the GLC, but once he gets under a yellow sun again he can just soak it up
4. Not that cool because that would mean no more stories with my favorite characters
5. Catwoman was doing it as a favor to Batman, she isn't sticking around with the team, neither is J'Onn, the rest are there to work with Bats
6. As far as I know it's still comming out, might be delayed though, I dunno
7. I've heard good things, but since I never liked the old Atom I wasn't interested, although most things with Gail are awesome
8. Make-Up as Bruce Wayne? That or artistic license. Or a wizard, it might be a wizard, or maybe Bats just grows facial hair really fast
9. The one in the Rainforest is still around, it's just the public front though that everybody knows about, he's got a new artic one when he wants to be left alone
10. He stores what he needs on a nightly basis, if he's going up against Freeze he stores anti-freeze, against the Joker, anti-joker venom and so forth
11. He's like a battery, the more energy he uses up the less he has for his aura

Ok, i'll give Atom a chance very soon.
To continue with the stuff:
12. If superman had no yellow sun emulation system in his escape pod (Superman/Batman Supergirl story arc) he accumulated his powers for like, what, 30 years? That's a one slow charging battery! So now, 30 yrs later the process is instantaneous? Ok, i can understand that. So when he reached the peak of his power he just stopped aging, he is immortal now, ageless?
13. Building upon the previous question, that means since the Supergirl HAD yellow sun emulation system in her escape pod, she already reached the peak of her power... and she'll always stay 17? Thats some freaky sh*t :) Can she even drive a car by that age?
14. WHO the HELL is that woman in Superman/Batman 43 who stole Bruce's heart? Orion's wife? Who is he, where did they came from?
15. How come Superman-prime can build his hideout in the Source Wall but anyone else tries to come near it - they get dead!?!
16. Wonder Girl is who actually? How was she picked, is she from Themyscura at least? I recall she was some explorer's daughter, then from where did she get her superpowers?
17. How can Clark Kent be a full time reporter down at the Daily Planet if he's 80% of his time in another dimension or whatever?
18. If Batcave is RIGHT UNDER the Wayne Manor, how come everyone is so stupid not to figure it out?
19. Who is the current Batgirl, the chineese chick? Was she killed by the Supergirl's sunstone implants or whatever?
20. This one is dirty: Can Wonder Woman's and Power Girl's panties, or lower part of her outfit, tights or whatever you know what i mean, can be interpreted as thongs? On the same matter, how come Supergir's skirt can defy laws of physics when landing at high speed - the skirt never goes Marilyn Monroe style, it never goes up!!! The sales would go through the roof! :)
21. Before the COIF, there were infinite Earths. The Anti-Monitor destroyd 90% and there were 52 left. If after the "52" title was discovered that the multiverse still exist, what magic did the Anti-Monitor use to PERMANENTLY destroy all other Earths?
22. In Superman story "the third Kryptonian" who was discovered/introduced as the third Kryptonian?

Not to be a jerk, but have you tried Wikipedia? It can answer pretty much all of your questions

23. What is Wayne Enterprises actually main business? In Bats Confidential we see they make the Batwing but never actually sell it or anything. So as in B. Begins with tons of other stuff. Like, it is a multi-multi-multi million dollar business that actually doesn't do anything?
24. How did they made that Superboy that was a clone of Lex Luthor and Supes?

I've started searching on wiki a lot of things, but for most of the stuff the explanations are incomplete.
Superman's Aura isn't explained
Batgirl is said to be Charlotte Gage-Radcliffe (and that name doesn't mean anything to me!)
Supergirl's dimension origin isn't mentioned
Supeman-Prime's power suit situation isn't explained (he builds it, but he doesn't wear it, wtf?)
The Third Kryptonian storyline isn't completely reviewed ("Although the third Kryptonian may have been Chris Kent, this was revealed not to be the case" then who is it???)
FOS: "Traditionally, the Fortress of Solitude is located in the Arctic, though more recent versions of the Superman comics have placed the Fortress in other locations, including the Antarctic, the Andes and the Amazon rainforest"... this article tells NOTHING! Where is it, at all three places at the same time?
Orion's wife? Not listed in Wikipedia.
... and so on ...
Tons of stuff isn't complete or its written chaotically. Reviews of some issues on other sites are partially due to lack of spoliers, of course.
So i thought to ask here?

From Wikipedia:
Wayne Enterprises
Beginnings and Wayne Corp
Based in Gotham City, Wayne Corp was founded in the seventeenth century as a merchant house, eventually becoming a large multinational conglomerate. The company opened new subsidiaries, such as Wayne Shipping, Wayne Chemicals and Wayne Aerospace, while shutting down others, such as Wayne Manufacturing.
Branches
Wayne Technologies
Wayne Technologies, also known as WayneTech, is the biggest division of Wayne Enterprises. It is involved in the retrieval and research of alien technology. Its main rival is LexCorp. The subsidiary is sometimes used by Batman as a means to acquire new technologies or to use the medical facilities.
Other subsidiaries of WayneTech include: Holt Holdings Inc., (the company formerly owned by Michael Holt (Mister Terrific)), Wayne Biotech, Wayne Pharmaceuticals, and Wayne Healthcare, which runs Gotham City's healthcare system.
Wayne Biotech
Wayne Biotech is the company mostly responsible for the Gotham healthcare system. The company itself is a facility for researching and developing new medical procedures and systems. It also trains and teaches a huge amount of people annually. Wayne Chemicals and Wayne Pharmaceuticals work closely with Wayne Biotech to develop medicines for different diseases.
The current research at Wayne Biotech is focused on finding the cure for cancer. Since the human genome has already been unlocked, Wayne Biotech is studying cloning to produce organs for future transplants. The company is involved in research into brain surgery methods, the fight against AIDS and HIV, and reconstructive plastic surgery. Batman uses Wayne Biotech as a research tool for finding medical information, patient histories and information on illnesses.
Wayne Foods
Wayne Foods is a little known subsidiary of WayneTech mostly based in Gotham City. It runs farms and cattle ranches in the Midwest United States, and imports beef from Argentina and other countries. Wayne Foods produces specialized products like ecological foods and natural lines with no additives and controlled growing. Batman uses Wayne Foods as a means to keep tabs on the food produce market.
Wayne Shipping
Wayne Shipping owns dozens of freighters and handles three and a half billion tons of freight each month and is used by Batman to gain an inside view on smuggling and drug trafficking.
Wayne Steel
Wayne Steel is one of the oldest steel mills and metal refineries in Gotham and supplies steel for shipbuilding. It also studies and replicates alien technology. This has also led to Batman getting priority on technology and alloys for him to study. Wayne Steel's alliance with the US Navy and the government has produced numerous contacts for Wayne Enterprises.
Wayne Shipbuilding
WayneYards is responsible for the building of a large number of naval warships, commercial, and private ships and is currently building a Nimitz class aircraft carrier in Gotham. WayneSteel and WayneYards facilities repair a large number of cruisers and destroyers and also has contacts within the upper pylons of the Navy and the global maritime business
Wayne Aerospace
Wayne Aerosapce builds luxurious and exclusive corporate and private jets and airliners. Its experimental aviation branch produces experimental and research planes built for the United States government and NASA. The military aviation branch designs and manufactures jet fighters and helicopters for the US military. The most notable models of these are the W-4 Wraith fighter and the Kestrel attack helicopter. Wayne Aerospace maintains competition with other aerospace corporations like Ferris Air and LexAir.
Wayne Chemicals
Wayne Chemicals controls Wayne Oil, Wayne Pharmaceuticals and Wayne Botanical. Wayne Chemicals also has a small percentage of ownership in Tyler Chemicals, based in New York City. Wayne Chemicals is primarily a research and development firm. Wayne Oil researches petrochemicals and alternative fuel sources. Wayne Chemicals is the first company to have created a power generator using algae. Wayne Pharmaceuticals is another one of Wayne Chemicals' research and development branches.
Wayne Industries
Wayne Industries is a research and development company used for industrial purposes. The company studies, researches and develops cleaner, mechanical fission and fusion power plants and also owns many factories and normal labor units, from manufacturing cars to making cloth and so on. Wayne Mining is also a part of Wayne Industries, along with the few power stations the company owns. Wayne Mining mostly produces gold and some precious stones in Africa.
Wayne Medical
Wayne Medical is Wayne Biotech’s sister company but both have different fields of study and work. Wayne Medical handles most of the healthcare system in Gotham and also studies cancer and AIDS with Wayne Biotech. Wayne Medical is focused more on treating illnesses than researching them and maintains and runs many hospitals in Gotham City and helps the Foundation with the orphanages.
Wayne Electronics
Wayne Electronics is a large consortium that manufactures portable radios, stereo and Hi-Fi systems, movie cameras, cameras and electronics, measuring devices, scanners, surveillance equipment, computers and other electronics devices. Its other branches of business include information technology, wired networks, wireless networks and space exploration systems and satellites. It also has contracts with the aerospace, nautical and military industries.
Wayne Entertainment
Wayne Entertainment owns many arenas and stadiums in Gotham and has leased out the Sommerset Stadium to the Metropolis Monarchs. Furthermore, Wayne Entertainment has working partnerships with several modeling agencies and multimedia houses and provides a large number of contacts and information. The Daily Planet newspaper, where Superman and his wife, Lois Lane, work, is operated by Wayne Entertainment.[1] Wayne Entertainment is in direct competition with WGBS (run by Galaxy Communications) and LexCom (run by LexCorp). Those companies, along with other television and movie companies provide the same services as Wayne Entertainment. Through Wayne Entertainment, Batman has contacts in the media and entertainment industries.

I'll try to answer a few of these...
16. Wonder Girl is who actually? How was she picked, is she from Themyscura at least? I recall she was some explorer's daughter, then from where did she get her superpowers?
19. Who is the current Batgirl, the chineese chick? Was she killed by the Supergirl's sunstone implants or whatever?
21. Before the COIF, there were infinite Earths. The Anti-Monitor destroyd 90% and there were 52 left. If after the "52" title was discovered that the multiverse still exist, what magic did the Anti-Monitor use to PERMANENTLY destroy all other Earths?
24. How did they made that Superboy that was a clone of Lex Luthor and Supes?
16. Cassie Sandsmark was the daughter of a musuem curator that Wonder Woman was staying with who helped her out a few times. At first she didn't have any powers (she used a few Amazon artifacts), but eventually gained some by petitioning Zeus(who enede up being revealed later as her dad). She later gained a magic lasso from Ares and is right now starring in her own mini as well as being in Teen Titans
19. Batgirl is still Cassandra Cain, who's still alive and was last seen in the most current issue of Batman & the Outsiders. Charlotte Gage-Radcliffe is a brand new character named Misfit who's in Birds of Prey, she was only dressed as a Batgirl
21. The Anti-Monitor destroyed all but 5 Earths in COIE. Those 5 ended up being merged together and there was only 1 Earth up until recently. The Multiverse returned briefly in Infinite Crisis, but didn't really come back until the end of 52. Only about half of them have been shown and identified though
24. Superboy was created to be a Superman clone but they couldn't decipher all of his DNA so they filled in the blanks with DNA from Luthor
