The last couple of issues, reference has been made to Dwarfstar attacking Panda with a knife.
Where did this happen? I was going through my back issues recently, and I saw the scene in #15 where Dwarfstar is hiding behind the tree and about to attack Panda. But I never saw it followed up on. The next issue was Stern's fill-in, with no mention of it or Dwarfstar, and then we're in #17, with the attack already having happened.
What's up?

It was way back in the third or fourth issue, right before he and Ryan had their sub-atomic face off.

Hunh. Okay. I guess that bit in 15 will be followed up later, then.

I'm still wondering about the wheelchair access to the basement the scientists meet in.
I must know, or I positively shall explode!

like in old Scooby Doo cartoons. That way you wouldn't need a visible elevator or separate ramp. It's probably controlled via a remote on the wheelchair in question. Or perhaps the chair can convert to hover mode like modern Daleks do to get around such obstacles. With the science and technology available in the DCU, and especially in a weird place like Ivy Town,
I can think of dozens of solutions that would blend in naturally and would not
be visible in any scenes. Point to point transmats are a more advanced solution to the problem. Just a limited range version of what the JLA uses that requires both a sender and receiver unit (just be careful of stray flies.) They could be built into the front porch and basement floor and only pop up when needed.

That would likely be too steep, considering what we've seen. And, well..... it's open wooden stairs.
Now, I'd guess a ramp and a storm door, but what I'd REALLY like is some completely outrageous, insane, mad scientist comic bookish explanation.

I have 73 protons, but 74 neutrons. What am I?

Iodine has 74 neutrons.... but Iodine is 53 on the Periodic Table.
So I'm confused. :o
