As heroes characters tend to get alot of play here I figured that making one massive respect thread where we can sort out some issues. I'll start with season one.

Sylar scene with his mom showing her he's special. First he freezes the water into snowflakes, and while he's doing that levitates a bunch of snow globes.

After Sylar kills his Mom, Hiro Timestops, but due to massive CIS loses the timestop and Sylar catches his sword, recognizes Hiro's heartbeat and freezes his sword. Hiro and Ando teleport away.

Sylar seems to shake off Eden's power and then pulls her through the window with TK.

Peter Vs Sylar 2 Sylar holds Mohinder and Peter up with his TK as he then uses the TK as a knife to cut open Peter's head. Peter starts to heal, then uses TK to fling Sylar. Peter then turns invisible, Sylar then uses TK to levitate about 20 pieces of Glass fires them all at the same time killing Peter. Then Mohinder ko's Sylar when he's distracted.

Sylar Vs Everyone. Sylar flings away Noah, Sylar then force chokes Peter, Then parkman fire five bullets from behind Sylar, Sylar stops them(Bullet-time?) then fires them back at him while still choking peter with tk, then with his TK Sylar pulls a parking meter out of the ground and nails Peter with it, Jessica grabs it off him and hits Sylar in the Gut, Peter starts wailing on sylar until he loses control of the nuke power, Hiro teleports in calls out Sylar and runs his sword through his chest, then from the ground Sylar tk throws Hiro towards a building forcing Hiro to teleport, Claire goes to shoot Pete but Nathan flies in and then grabs pete and flies him into the air, where Pete goes Boom.

Pete and Claude while invisible are found by the Haitian and Bennet, they tazer Claude, but Peter stops the one coming towards him, throws Claude over the side of the building Peter then jumps over catches Claude and flies away with Claude on his back.

Sylar while using his illusion powers to look like Nathan phases through a wall throws Pete out and both power up Sylar with his Ice powera and Pete with Radiation blasts(without losing control)

That one is no good, Eden precised that he would shoot himself after she put the gun into the slot, he acted before she did and she wasn't careful enough.

I can't believe I never noticed that Peter always tries to sound like Clint Eastwood. Huh.

Yep crappy wording on the command killed her.

He did not have to obey until she put the gun in the slot.

Same way he 'resisted' Hiro's Timestop, CIS.

Really, the reason Sylar is so awesome is because he does not do CIS most of the time.

He did in the season 1 finale. I;m going to put up some season 2 stuff soon, just needed a break.

Sylar had a ton of CIS this season...unfortunately everyone else around him had even -more- so he still got away with it. :P ;)

Seriously...I love Heroes, but man they have to have one of the most dense casts of characters of any show on TV. Noah Bennet, sometimes Sylar, sometimes Claire, and surprisingly enough Parkman are about the only characters that aren't utterly laden with PIS/CIS.

Or just so unimaginative that they can't fathom the slightest bits about what they can do with their powers.

Where Parkman is pretty good with his powers, he is full of CIS. Going after Sylar with no plan, Making Molly look for his father even though he had been taunting her for weeks, Then there's the whole Diamond fiasco where he took the diamonds and jewlery that his client(a former employee of Linderman's whom he stole the diamonds right out of the crime scene, he then let hi wife think he actually bought it for a gift for her and not telling her it was stolen even though she said the she was going to get it refitted which almost got her arrested.

Nathan flies Peter high up in the air, Nathan lets go basically drops in a freefall, Peter explodes the shockwave pushes Nathan down faster, not even 10 seconds later(it's really close) he catches Nathan fully healed and flys away.

Hiro timestops but it dosen't affect Peter, then it becomes a game of cat and mouse as they try to convince each other that they are right, leading to Hiro popping up behind him putting his sword to Peter's neck and Peter grabs the sword and sends a shock good enough for ten.

Well, I should have been more clear: Parkman actually seems to learn from his mistakes. Most of the rest of the cast...not even that bright.

I probably find clips of him being utterly badass, but it's hard. I can barely find anything for Parkman, Ted or DL, and DL has two feats I want up bad. When he kills linderman (phases his hand in Linderman's head leaving fist sized hole but taking no damage to his hand. And when he ko's nikki(phases his hand in her chest and stops her heart) Dl was pimp with his powers.
