I'd say she's probably roughly the same age as Batman is, if not a couple of years younger.

Catwoman is perhaps a bit younger than Bruce, and certainly older than Dick. So I'd say she's in her mid-30s.

I would guess on the young end late 20s and on the older end in her mid 30s. I always pictured Batman somewhere in his mid to late 30s although Alex Ross makes him look 40-50.

When Ed Brubaker was on Catwoman, I remember him saying that in his interpretation, Selina was perpetually 29 and was about 17-18 when she became Catwoman. This seems a little too young to me but is in line with Her Sister's Keeper, which is questionably considered canon anymore. Brubaker also established that Holly was only four years younger than Selina, though she has been written as substantially more younger than Selina in Pfeifer's run.
