is it posable that a character like Doctor Polaris could magnetize Black adam's blood in his head causing confusion or other problems.
like some one turning on an electromagnet that lifts cars over your head.

Yes, I believe he could.

Remember: Just because a character is invulnerable outside, does't mean that he's invulnerable inside too. T.O Morrow defeated with a tesseract.

Blood can't be magnetized. Polaris' chances for success are very low.

IIRC, T.O. opened a football sized area inside Black Adam's skull. Given that Adam's head didn't explode like a balloon, I'd say his insides are as tough as his outside.

Either he's back or there's a new Dr. Polaris as of JLoA #11.

Blood can't be magnetized.

In comic books, everything can be done. This would be well within comic science, especially DC science.

I don't see why it couldn't cause a disruption in thinking.
