View Full Version : Best Party Video Game

Based on Sonicjuce's suggestion in post #186 of this thread (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=195615&page=5), what get's your vote? Feel free to give a head nod to a property in general and a specific edition of the game.

For individual game, I have to vote for Smash Bros. Melee, but for property, I tend to lean towards Mario Kart. I think I feel like that mostly because although the two thus-far-released versions of Smash Bros. are great, there are more editions of Mario Kart, which allows for a greater realm of experience. The SNES version still gets quite a bit of play from me.

Wario Wii is totally a blast, but SSBM and Wii Sports are a treat

Mario Party is my choice. My friends and I are obsessed with that series, I have every game except the second one and the awful gameboy advance version.

WarioWare and Super Smash Bros. are close runner-ups.

When I saw this thread I got pissed someone stole my idea. Thanks for the recognition.

I would say, like I said there, that Wii Sports is an outstanding party game. Getting drunk and boxing it out is great, and equally bowling is a blast. I just wish you could bowl with like 20 people.

Wii Sports is a great party game. Mario Kart and Smash Bros. games are also good.

And how did I forget Mario Kart!? 2 on 2 in Double Dash rocks out.
