Like a great deal of my creative endeavours, this is inspired by a very bad pun... :D

As she begins to fall into the abyss of a dimensional gateway created within her crumbling fortress, Precia Testarossa finally succumbs completely to a dark depression.
Her true daughter plummets with her, and the girl Fate that she created through the help of the work of the infamous Dr. Jail Scaglietti was now seen in her eyes as a contemptuous failure and traitor.
She would find Al Hazard, or die, and at the moment it looked like she would die. Cursing the whole of existence, her death would be a blessing compared to a life with out the true daughter that she adored.
Precia closed her eyes, and prepared to be swallowed up by the great mysterious void.
Then, for a long time, there was nothingness. There was no consciousness, and no awareness whatsoever. It was as Precia had expected.
But then... there was a sudden white flash of light that gave Precia the sensation of an eye blazing in painful fires. Precia tried to scream, but there was no audible sound arising from her. The pain seemed real, but nothing else did.
However, the pain finally subsisted, and Precia was amazed to find that she was not utterly annihilated in her fall into the dimensional gateway that she had tried to conjure forth.
Somehow, she was descending through clouds, and her form slowly went from a strange transparent aura to its original fleshy and physical form. She was left in awe by the lush, pristine beauty of the alien world rapidly rising to meet her, and she became intoxicated through the breathing in of an air simply crackling with magical energy.
Precia is amazed at the affects of this world's atmosphere upon her, as it energizes her as she as never been energized before. She begins to laugh gleefully as her powers grow exponentially through the absorbtion of this energy that's all about her.
She causes her now still form, levitating just below the lowest of the clouds, to become encompassed in a magnificent and churning yellow glow. She then takes flight, at great speeds, trying to take in this new world all about her.
"Yes!" she shouts in triumpth, "This must be it! This must be Al Hazard!"
She feels a great weight come off of her shoulders at the thought, and actually forgets about her true, biological daughter, Alicia.
"Wait!" she shouted in sudden realization of that forgetfulness, "Alicia is not with me! I must find her!"
And with that, Precia refocused herself on finding Alicia.

It had been a sad, and traumatic time for the Supreme Commander of the Bugrom Empire... if you could still even call it an Empire. Granted, many would consider his 'curse' - night after night after night of copulating with the Bugrom Queen - to be more of a blessing, but the tactician who valued his personal space did not.
However, he gradually grew to accept these numerous sexual encounters as being necessary to eventually bring forth an army large enough to conquer of all of El Hazard, and take revenge on the damnable Makoto Mizuhara. Still, he was greatly relieved whenever he could take a sojourn from the new makeshift Bugrom base, accompanied by his top subordinates Groucho and Margaret.
On this day, they combed through the desert, sifting about almost aimlessly, desperately hoping to find some new tool, or some new weapon, that could take the place of the lost Ifurita and the overly nihilistic Kalia.
Katsuhiko Jinnai sighed frequently, as he began to tire of the fruitless search. However, his spirits were raised by the exciting reports of Groucho.
"Wesgaagehsbn!" shouted Groucho.
"What?!" asked Katsuhiko Jinnai in startled rhetorical reply, "You've found a little girl with yellow hair inside of some transparent cannister just sitting there on the sand all out in the open?! And there's not the slightest sign of defences anywhere around it?!"
"Wubiblujnjniv!" confirmed Groucho in answer.
Jinnai's face contorted into the most malevolent of grins, as he started to do a hyperventilating laugh, taking in air quickly to release high-pitched chuckles.
"Excellent!" shouted Jinnai, pumping his fists about, "Divine providence is with us yet again! Let's go get our newest weapon!"
Jinnai hopped on Groucho's large back, as he commanded him forward with a great thrust from his arm and index finger. Margaret tagged along as expected. After a short sprint, Jinnai and the two bugrom came to the cannister containing the body of Alicia Testarossa.
Jinnai pressed his face and open palms against the transparent glass of the cannister, and quickly sized up his newest find.
"She's a little bit small..." said Jinnai to himself, "But that won't matter. The way El Hazard works, the most powerful items can come in the smallest of packages. Heh heh heh!"
Jinnai's happiness would come to a screeching halt however, as he suddenly found himself on the recieving end of the most powerful of electrical attacks! The same held true of Groucho and Margaret, as them and their Commander both were sent flying from a magical lightning blast. They all groaned and moaned and shouted in frenzied pain from the potent assault.
"Get away from my daughter, you pervert and monstrous beasts!" shouted Precia Testarossa, having been the source of the mighty lightning attack, while descending.
Precia took no further notice of the strangers, as she gazed into the chamber that held her daughter Alicia's body.
"My dear, sweet Alicia... we've finally made it!" she stated in an uncharacteristically sweet tone, "We're finally on Al Hazard, the magical capitol that no doubt will hold the secrets to reviving you!"
Jinnai was quickly back on his feet however, and with great anger pushed himself impulsively into Alicia's face.
"Just who the hell do you think you are?!" he asked in great anger of her, "Do you want war with my mighty forces?!"
Precia was about to strike at him again, when she decided instead that this might be a good opportunity to gain information on Al Hazard.
"I am not afraid to war with anybody." sneered Precia in response, "Nonetheless, you appear to be familiar with Al Hazard, and perhaps I will deign to spare your life if you give me the information that I want!"
"Ha!" laughed Jinnai in response, striking an arrogant pose with arms folded neatly across his chest, "Your threats don't phase me! Still, I'll tell you all you could ever want to know about El Hazard if you will... ally with me, and lend me your power."
The gears in Jinnai's head were already grinding in gleeful anticipation of what this lightning-wielding witch could do for him. Precia and Jinnai began as enemies, but now they both thought of ways to use one another.
"If you can revive my daughter Alicia, then I will aid you in your cause." stated Precia in turn.
"Reviving someone, huh?" replied Jinnai with an evil grin, "I'm quite used to doing that you know. I'm sure that once we get your daughter here back to my base, we'll find a way to revive her!"
Precia was overjoyed at these words, and began smiling widely. Destiny seemed to be shining upon her this day, she felt, and soon her heart's desires would be achieved.
Jinnai's thoughts were quite similiar, as a new alliance had been forged. One that portended great troubles for El Hazard, and perhaps for Nanoha and Fate as well.
