If I had to guess, I would check and see if it came from a Lineage (RPG) artbook, it kind of has the style. However, there is a LOT of similar art floating around so it may be hard to track down. Maybe the artist from the Magna Carta RPG (Hyung Tae Kim) had a hand in that illustration? His stuff is like that as well... Good Luck.

Ah. Someone beat me to saying the Magna Carta guy. Always forget his name. He's actually a Korean artist and is more into RPG games than anime. Amazing art style. A bit risque and sexy, but still nice looking.

I found it! Its from the Savant & Sorcerer comic by none other that Mr. Hyung-tae Kim. Thanks to all who replied!
